Santo dios, que silla, estoy operado 5 veces de fistula anal, no puedo sentarme en cualquier silla, lo cual me condiciona a elegir muuuy bien donde me siento y que compro sin mirar precio, encima soy un empedernido jugador de videojuegos a mis 50 años de toda la vida. Me arriesgue con la silla de secretlab, y acerte, me llego perfecta, el embalaje increible, de lujo, la presentacion es casi lujosa, viene casi todo montado, la comodidad es maravillosa, algo dura?no se, a mi no me lo parece, me parece genial, como digo estoy operado de fistula anal y me condiciona y para mi es la silla de mis sueños, quitame el ordenador no la silla , no se mueve, no he visto errores. Un 10 para secretlab.

This is an amazing piece of furniture and I plan to get the desk also. This is the best office chair I've ever had. It solved my back issues and allows me to sleep very good during the night due to the more natural and ergonomic position during the day. I totally recommend SecretLab to anyone who has issues sitting long hours at the computer.

This product is absolute garbage. This company is trash. DO NOT BUY. I cannot stress this enough. The chair itself is okay. But it is still mediocre at best. It’s imply a chair. Nothing special or better about it than any other gaming chair 1/5 of its price.The company is absolute black hole. My item was delivered broken. I assembled it and notice the arm rest is broken and destroyed. It will not work or lock and the plastic is cracked. Now while this might not happen to everyone, contacting the company is impossible. There is no phone number. No way of receiving your refund. Believe these reviews. This entire thing is closer to a SCAM than anything.I rarely leave reviews unless it merits one in one direction or another. This is the WORST, product I have ever purchased through Amazon. It’s a giant assembly box and an absolute hassle to return to begin with. You can’t ask for just a single spare part. I have never been so annoyed and upset with a purchase. $650 WASTED.I REPEAT, BUY FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY. SECRET LABS IS A SCAM AND THE WORST COMPANY IMAGINABLE. THEY ARE TRASH DO NOT BUY.

I tried this and the Kaiser 3 Chair, ended up with this chair because while the Kaiser 3 was a great chair, it had two large plastic holes that sat on my shoulder blades.The secretlab Chair looks and feels smaller, but is ultimately comfortable and sturdy.I'm 5'11, 180lbs and I went with the Regular size chair. It's perfect as is for me, but if I was 6'1 or taller I would probably look at getting the XL variant.I was using a $100 no name chair from Amazon for the last 3 years, so this was an amazing upgrade.The assembly was super straightforward and easy to set up by myself. The instructions were very clear and the packaging was secure.

My wife absolutely loves this chair! She is in it 10 hours a day! The ergonomic chair options is what sold us on the chair.

I get it, statistically I'm a bit of an anomaly. I'm 6ft8 and weighing in at around 180kg due to illness, there's not many chairs suitable for me. Yeah, there's chairs for a lot heavier people than me. Yeah, there's chairs out there for tall people. There's virtually nothing out there for a very tall, very heavy person though. After weeks of searching the only thing I really found was a Steelcase Leap V2 Plus at about 5x the cost of this. You can also only buy a leap plus from an approved distributor, not even direct from Steelcase and the local distributors don't really work with consumers.I didn't want a Gaming Chair, especially one with mixed reviews, but I was getting desperate. After returning another chair with great difficulty I finally took the plunge and got the Titan Evo XL. On paper at least it suits my needs.Secretlabs know how to do a great unboxing, I'm not a huge fan of their company (more on that later) but their products are excellent! The chair was assembled for me as Im disabled, but it looked easy enough.The chair feels like it was made for me. The seat is firm but not uncomfortable and the back high enough for my height without causing and pressure points or discomfort. Mine is only a few hours old, so no issues with the chair being noisy yet but if this happens I'll update the reviews.Secretlab know their products are excellent but they treat customers with contempt. I'd only buy through Amazon and with a credit card for the extra protection.

Pros: This chair has everything you could want in an XL chair built for big boys, whether that's tall or wide for you. It has all the bells and whistles as some would say. The arm rest move in every way possible to adjust for your comfort. The chair reclines and has back support. Even the magnetic head pillow is extremely comfortable and it sits a little taller than most chairs so it's just perfect for me.Building this chair was extremely easy! Another huge pro for it. Right out of the box it feels like you bought a premium item that with the help of a giant poster I was able to slap together in less then 10-15 min.Cons: The damn thing is way overpriced in my opinion.. while I love my new chair and it's definitely checking all the boxes for me... 700+ after tax is way too much for a chair. At least for me, I can't justify anyone spending that much on something to sit on unless you have money to burn like that. I mean you could literally buy a brand new console and a cheap TV for that price.. or you can have a chair. Choice is up to you. I would recommend waiting for a sale, unless you can't.Will you be happy with this chair? Yes I believe so.Will you hate yourself a little for spending so much on it. Maybe a little. But you'll eventually forget and you'll be happy in a very sturdy comfortable chair.Happy gaming!

When I first sat in this chair, I hated it. Now hear me out, it takes like 20 minutes or so to put it together. After I paid the crazy high price for this and put a lot of work into building it I wanted to love it immediately. I didn't. I sat down and immediately hated how it felt. It felt like a wooden seat in comparison to my older chair. But after using it for over a week I began to like it more and more. It's not memory foam, it's firm. Which is good! It works really well as a chair. It's what it needs to be. Some people use this once and hate it and get rid of it. You have to get used to it. I was not gonna be able to package this up to return it so maybe I'm compensating for the price I paid by just getting used to it? Either way 60+ hours sitting in it so far and I like it. Amazing build quality. Wish it were cheaper though.

Pros: Chair overall is high quality. Assembly is very easy. The magnetic pillow stays put and is very comfortable. Seat is firm but not hard and conforms after a few days to your body. Lumbar support is very good adjustment is nice. Backrest is hard at first, if you are used to a very soft chair and most likely bad posture the chair may hurt your back as you adjust to sitting properlyCons: My backrest came with crooked logo stitching. After a week the lumbar support has begun to pop loudly and creak when I sit against it. It does not effect the functionality or comfort of the chair but is very annoying and worries me for longevity. The height adjustment knob also came with cosmetic damage. I have contacted Secretlab support and I am waiting to hear back. For the price things like this shouldn't be an issue.Updated Sept 2022:SecretLab support responded and after verifying my various issues they shipped me a replacement backrest. I don't know if the first one was just defective or old stock from a previous revision but the replacement's foam is much softer and the lumbar support seems to actually move up and down where previously it felt as if it barely moved which I thought was just how it was designed. The stitching is also perfect. One defect is the threads in one of the mounting holes was damaged and took some effort to install. Everything else is good and the chair is more comfortable than it was before.
