The bond on the application side is excellent. The bond to the foil is terrible. The foil easily pulls away from the insulation.

Applied to the bottom of motorcycle saddlebags. Was concerned about adhesive being strong enough to stick and hold to the material but it seems to be good so far. Blocks the heat well, just hope it last a very long time. I will recommend this to others

Used this to diver hot exhaust cooling air away from my rv generator and to protect my fiberglass compartment from the heat. Seem to work ok for heat insulation, and so far the adhesive is staying tight on the surfaces it stuck too. Time will tell.

Applied this thermal block on the Magnaflow muffler on my truck to dampen the droning sound in the cabin then wrapped it in heat shield to hold it in place

I insulated my side panel and plastic fuel tank from the muffler on my Husq 701. It was a mostly painless process, and seems like it will help reduce temps as I had hoped. Yet to be determined if the adhesive holds up.
