Installation Diagram
Break off the bottom anti-release buckle and place it on top of the seat belt.
Install the bottom release buckle.
Adjust the Velcro according to the height of the child.
Insert the seat belt clip into the seat belt to complete the installation.

First let me say that this works VERY well. I tried several other items that just didn't do the job, especially without pulling the lap belt up way too high. That being said, I bought this for my (barely 5 feet tall, 47 year old) SELF, not a child, so imagine my surprise when I opened the package expecting to see a plain white triangle (as shown in the advertisement) & it's got a weird little character on it. LMAO! I'm not sure what the character is, but it should have been disclosed in the ad. I put my own stickers on top of it, so it's better & I won't be as embarrassed by it, but do not expect just a plain white triangle on the top piece. It's definitely not plain! 🤣 (See my pics) Btw, it doesn't come with directions, but just know that the bottom piece does open (into 2 pieces that then snap back together around the bottom belt. (If u put your regular seatbelt on & then install it, it'll be much easier.) So, once the bottom is on, there's a little piece on it that flips up so u can (slide) adjust it where u need to & then u push it down when u have it where u want it. Push hard or it'll keep lifting up & allowing the belt to slide around. That bottom piece should be sitting more to the left than the top piece will be. Then u just slip the shoulder belt into the little "hook" part on the back of the white triangle. When it's on correctly, it should be sitting diagonally with the bottom piece closer to the driver's door than the top piece, if that makes sense. I'll post more pics (or maybe a video) later so ppl have some sort of help with directions. If not for my hubby, I would've probably sent it back bc I couldn't figure out how to open that bottom piece. It literally just snaps together, so just pull to get it apart, or use your key to get under the top part (of the bottom piece) & separate it. Then snap around the lap belt part, like I mentioned above.
