Saw an earlier review where the customer didn't get the product pictured, I went ahead and ordered it knowing I could send it back if it was the wrong thing, but nope - this was a sealife-packaged ball joint adapter for the sea life flex mount system. Exactly what I needed to hook my Sola light to my flex mount handle.
