They sent me a new cooler before I even saw their message and it arrived very quickly and in time for my event.It's wonderful to do business with a company that takes pride in their products to ensure you get what you need when you initially don't get what you paid for. For all other vendors, THIS is what GREAT customer service looks like!!! I changed customer review from 2 start to 5 start for the product and I would give them 6 stars if I could for their customer service!!There’s nothing more frustrating than not knowing that something is defective until after you have already assembled the product!! Bought this cooler for my upcoming party next week. Nice cooler but when I went to attach the handles, the holes didn’t line up!!😡😡 Giving it 2 stars because other than the handles, it is a nice product. Not sure what to do at this point. I’ve already assembled it and taken down the box it came in. Returning it would be such a hassle. Ugh

Everyone compliments and wants to borrow this cooler. We went with the blue color and it gets a lot of compliments. Great for parties and entertaining. Easy to assemble and affordable for the price compared to other coolers. I recommend!

Have used the cooler 2 times and the lid has fell apart. Very disappointing!! There is no where to contact company.Received at end of Sept 28. Didn't put together till 9/30. It's kept inside. Not even 2 months and 2 uses lid falls apart.
