This is a good value for a good quality, sturdy, heavy duty, larger sized and longer length dual sided seal puller hook. It’s used to pull and remove (but not install) various oil and grease seals and o-rings on automotive and some lawn and garden equipment.The quality of the materials, construction and finish is good and it’s well made. It’s made of a sturdy, nicely finished metal with a nice chrome plating and finish. The handle is a longer length, so you can hold it with both hands during use. The handle is thin, not padded and is an ergonomic design with a thin vinyl grip surface. It’s not a thickly padded bulky handle, but a slim style with no padding.It’s quite large in size and long in length. It’s 12 inches in length, 11.4 of this is just the handle itself. The width across the hooks (both of them together) is 3.38 inches, and they are 0.68 inches and 0.78 inches tall (just the hooks) respectively. There are two different hooks on it, one on each side left and right. You can see the style of the hooks more clearly in the listing pictures.Note that no use instructions come with it. You may want to refer to, print or save the listing pictures and details for use tips. Note that no storage bag or case comes with it.Be sure this will work for your seal size and style. Note that this is quite large in size in both length and the size of the hooks. You may need a smaller, finer hook set for smaller seals or tighter areas this can’t fit.

I've been needing one of these for decades now for pulling transmission filter seals apparently. I've been using picks for a long time, which is usually pretty time consuming.A friend recommended that I pick up one of these and when I saw the opportunity, I jumped on it. I'm glad that I did, because it takes less than 2 seconds to pivot a seal out of a transmission with one of these. My 4L60 seal in my pickup always seems to behave like it's partially welded in there, was no issue at all for this tool.It holds up well, no slack or movement in the pins, grips well with the rubber handle when covered in ATF. Would recommend!
