Used a 300 gallon portable water tote with this pump feeding it into the house by attaching to outside faucet. Its been five days with multiple totes consumed. We were able to shower, laundry, flush and have some normalcy. Awesome little pump and has made our life better 4 gallons at a time. Buying 2 more for future one 12 volt dc and another 115 volt ac.

I have this pump mounted on top of a 55 gallon fresh water storage barrel. It draws the water vertically and pumps it to an on demand water heater and then to a laundry sink mounted on the wall in my shop. Now I have hot and cold running water for clean up. I don't have a water line running to my shop from the house and didn't want to go through the expense, permits and installation process to have one. So every 9 days or so I simply hook up a garden hose to the house and fill my barrel. Works for me. Great pump.

Set up some rain catch barrels to use for watering the garden and needed a way to pump the water to the hose and this works perfectly. Enough pressure and volume to run a sprinkler and the pressure switch works great to stop the pump when you don’t need it.Only draw back is the fittings aren’t standard for a garden hose (this is intended for an RV or other household application so the fittings are normal Pipe thread) but any hardware store will have adapters.I ran about 60 gallons through it non stop and the motor was a little warm, but no issues.

The pump worked flawlessly for over a a month and then wouldn't turn back on. Tried connecting to different power cords and nothing. Of course just past the return period. It is supposed to have a 4 year warranty, trying to figure out how to use it. Spent a lot of money for a pump that lasted just over a month. Was not run continuously.

My hunting land is off the grid, so I am without running water. I draft water from my creek directly to my camper for washing/showering and toilet. (Obviously not for consumption). Once I power it up it takes just a few seconds to re-pressurize my camper, then it only runs under demand. Noise is not an issue at all, and it's able to keep up with a running shower and a sink simultaneously. I bought a second one just to have on standby should my primary fail. I have only had it running on weekends for the summer and hunting season, but still runs well.

It's quiet, though it does produce a decent amount of vibration, so you will need to pad the pump's mount and the water lines near it. Still a million times quieter than your average impeller pump.My control switch accidentally set it off while the tank was empty, and it ran dry for the better part of an hour before I noticed the noise and turned it off. It was hot, but well within its designed limit. Tested it, and it worked just fine.It draws far less power than my last one, and it pushes water with enough PSI to use my small power washer.Well worth the money.

Some reviews state that this pump does not have standard threads and does not take standard fittings/adapters. Let's address that. This pump I took delivery on in June 2020 was easily adapted to a standard sized garden hose (3/4"). I used an EVERBILT adapter on each side (input and output). The markings on the package read 3/4 in MH X 3/4 in MIP (tapped 1/2 in FIP).What does that mean? I don't know! But the guy at the hardware store said the pump used standard sized fittings and handed my the adapter (see photo). Worked perfect. No leaks. I used some Teflon tape where the adapter mates to the pump's threaded connections (but not on the garden hose side). This pump solved a big problem for me. I am using it to pump drinking water from a 5 gallon container to a water purification machine (Aqua Ionizer Deluxe 9.0). I went through several of the less expensive impeller type pumps but they simply didn't work. Such pumps need to be primed, plus they periodically need a spoonful of vegetable oil added periodically to seal the impeller to the pump wall. Yech.Although you can hear the pump while it's running, it is far less noisy than the impeller pumps, and the noise it does make is a less annoying pitch (this Seaflo pump kind of sounds like the African Queen; a slower kind of chug, chug, chug noise).

My husband and I use our travel trailer a lot, and we often stay in campgrounds without direct water hook-ups. We go through a lot of water, especially if we are showering in the trailer, and with a 30 gallon fresh water tank, we need to refill the fresh water tank about every 3 days. We have 5 gallon water containers to transport water from a hand pump or sanitation station, but at over 8.3 lbs per gallon, those containers weigh about 42 lbs when full. Both my husband and I can lift them and carry them short distances, but holding them up at almost shoulder height long enough to pour the water into the fresh water tank was a real chore - especially for a 68 year old woman who isn't in as good shape as I used to be! We found ourselves only filling them half full, which meant twice the trips. Now that we have this pump, the chore is easy. Since this pump is self-priming, all we have to do is put the full container on the ground near the trailer, put one food grade, plastic hose in the water container and another food grade, plastic hose into the connection for the water tank and plug the pump in. It takes about 2 minutes to pump the containers dry into the fresh water tank. It isn't a chore anymore! The pump easily packs back into its box for storage on the trailer, and it doesn't take up much room.Note: this is a 110 v pump, so it has to be plugged into a regular 110 receptacle. This one only works in a campspot that has electric available, and the electric receptacle has to be outside and close enough to the water tank connection or an extension cord would be needed. There are 12 v models available for direct hook up to the trailer DC electrical system, if available close enough to the water intake.
