With all the 5 star reviews I thought I was buying something wonderful. Mine wobbles, the carving is crude, especially the "almost" whiskers. It's rough, not sanded and no finish coat. Staining is haphazard. The size fits a 3 year old. Not returning it because I can stand on it to reach shelves and my cat likes it. But I'm really disappointed.

I love it. Not only is it adorable it is functional to sit on both me and my cats ! It is so well made ! I fell in love with it as soon as I took it out of the box, and so did my cats ! I highly recommend this for yourself or a gift !

This is a sturdy, high quality item that will last for many years! Arrived promptly and well packaged. Love that it's beautiful and whimsical as well as functional. The only drawback is I don't like to put stuff on it so I can see the sleeping kitten. Would also make a great gift, but I'm keeping this one!

This stool is so cute! It’s sturdy and beautiful. I love cats! It looks great in my cat themed den. My one cat is always sitting on it. She like it too!

It was assembled so just ready to use out of the box. Lovely addition to my bedroom. I love cats and this stool is perfect. Very sturdy too. Not wobbly at all and not cheaply made, beautiful wood finish.

UPDATE Still loving this foot stool! Really is a quality piece of craftsmanship and makes me smile every time I use it. Which is often as I am 5ft with ceiling to floor cabinetsLove love love my stool! Well made and sturdy. Looks like an accent piece of furniture in our kitchen! Cat design is tastefully done, even dog lovers wouldn't mind this stool!
