This is my 3rd build I have done. Two guitars before this Bass.Only minor issues with the back cutout shape, but it looks like it was an "oops, tapped the drum sander on accident" after carving it out. No biggie, I was able to sand it out.Only other issue I had, was that the treble string side has a slightly larger space than the bass side from the string to the edge of the fret board. This could have been my fault possibly, or the holes for the bridge holes were off by a few mm. It's something I can fix if it really bugs me too much.Otherwise, it's a great learner kit for those wanting to dabble in building custom guitars without buying all of the fancy equipment to shape the body.It is cheap parts, but sounds surprisingly well. The tuners are the best I've ever seen from a cheap kit like this... they are massive, but it is a Bass also, they need to be.I would recommend this to someone that wants their own custom bass to learn on in an inexpensive way.
