Some sellers "accidently" list used cleaning cartridges as new, so be carefull when accepting delivery. Not only check to verify that the manufacturer's seal is on the cartridge, but verify that it's not broken or cut open. In our case, it was easy to spot the used cartridge, as not only was the seal broken, but part of the cardboard label inside the cartridge had been removed and then placed on the bottom of the cartridge that indicated it had been used at least 5 times previously.I'm rating the cleaning cartridge as good (when you actually get a new one), but be carefull to check the seller's feedback for that item. Also be aware that "some" sellers in Ohio think it's a great idea to record your phone conversation (without your knowledge or prior consent) when you call to advise them you have received an obviously used item. In many states, that's illegal, in Ohio it may not be.
