TLDR: They look good, have a nice fit and finish, good weight to them, no seizing when i received mine, did not come pre lubricated, had bearings not bushing which was nice, these are really straight with a portal hub at the end and this is where the issue lies. It's only held on by two screws and seems like a week point. Does not come with hex nuts for wheels and does not come with a rear riser for the rear links.Long Version:I recently purchased the SCX24 Universal Axles and wanted to share my experience. While there are several positive aspects, there are also notable concerns that affected my overall rating. This review will delve into the product’s design, performance, and the issues I encountered.Design and Build Quality:First impressions matter, and the SCX24 Universal Axles certainly deliver in terms of looks. They feature an attractive design with a nice fit and finish that suggests quality craftsmanship. The weight of the product is substantial, adding to the feeling of durability. Upon receiving mine, I was pleased to find there were no issues with seizing, which can be a concern with new products.Performance:A significant advantage of the SCX24 Universal Axles is that they come with bearings instead of bushings. This design choice results in a smoother ride and improved responsiveness, enhancing the overall performance. The product is also designed to be straight with a portal hub at the end, which is a nice touch for functionality.Concerns:Despite these positives, I have a couple of significant concerns. The portal hub is secured only by two screws, which feels like a potential weak point in the design. I worry about the long-term durability of this component under regular use.Another downside is that the product does not come with hex nuts for the wheels, which is a frustrating oversight as these are essential for installation. Additionally, it lacks a rear riser for the rear links, making it less user-friendly for those looking for a complete setup right out of the box.In conclusion, while the SCX24 Universal Axles have great aesthetics and solid performance, the concerns about their design and missing components have led me to rate them a 3 out of 5. The potential durability issues and the absence of necessary hardware are significant drawbacks. It’s important to note that I have not personally used these axles, and this opinion is based solely on my observations and experience with the product. Buyers should weigh these factors carefully; if you’re looking for a product that looks good and offers decent performance, the SCX24 Universal Axles may still be worth considering, but be prepared to address some shortcomings.

I should have known better. Brass axles. Enough said. I snapped one bolt off & he threads on the axle my word of advice for wheel nuts is use a rubber washer from a set of shocks and lock tight. I'm currently looking for a .04 thread chaser. Otherwise I'll have to order another set. These are not scx10 width these are trx4m width. These axles are nearly an inch wider then the scx24 axles. Good quality but the engineering was over scene. They should have used mild steel connections & studs.

It’s a good product for the price but the shock threads are garage. I’ve already replaced the front axle because of this issue and now I have to replace the rear axle as well.

Feels of good quality and looks sharp. Fits perfectly and I like the design of it. I did run the strews through all the holes to make sure no paint was in the holes before installing it. Also greased and loc tight everything that was metal to metal. Have them on 2 crawlers and have ran them both a few hours each. Haven’t had any issues yet. Had a good weight to them that helps keep the wheels planted on the ground. Functions and turns well with no binding. Well worth it. Easy to install too.

You can look at the picture and try to figure out how to mount these with 6 pivot balls needed per axle and only 4 provided. I need more hardware before i can install. they seem ok but i can't test them yet. Bummer

Extremely disappointed. I am on my 2nd set of axles from this company because of broken screws.. either the machining of the axles is made poorly or it’s the screws itself. But each time I went to put my shocks on it has resulted in the heads broken off. I have tried backing out the screws and threaded them in lil by lil. But they still broke off.. I love the looks of these axles on my scx24. But I just wish they were made better. Definitely don’t recommend these. Go with INJORA.
