This is a good piece. The steel used is high quality and will not bend easily. Using it for diving, this will do exactly what it says. It will help with the current and keep you in place.I can appreciate the orange line used, making it easy to see, if you don't use it too deep. The line is strong and won't break easily.Worth the price.

I've used a number of these in the past, but I always end up misplacing them in bags so it's always nice to have backups. This one works fine, the hook is sharp enough to grab but no so overly sharp that it becomes a hazard when disconnected. Works great for staying on station in a specific spot.

Bought it specifically for a dive trip to Raja Ampat.The currents were very strong, but this hook worked great. Making sure the string didn’t unfurl and cause an issue required some concentration though.
