if you are looking for something to hold your foot long hotdog up in a plate than these are for you. 5/5also do a good job if you plan on bagging them in a sleeve. 4/530 years in food service I been around a day or two that's your honest review.,

We serve foot long hot dogs in our restaurant. The paper trays tend to let the bun “lean” to one side which allows the condiments to run down the side of the bun, creating a mess. The Southern Champion tray keeps the hot dog in a position to where we don’t have to be concerned about a condiment disaster. Happy customers.

I run the local girls non profit softball and tball association. Part of my job is to stock the concession stand with food, utensils, equipment and paper products. This year we chose to add footlong hotdogs to the menu. We have tried paper plates, plastic trays and a thinner paper liner to give these to the customers.We have had nothing but problems with all of our other products. This foot long tray is exactly what we needed. Sure there are cheaper options, but we were having so many complaints about spilling and dropping that people had stopped purchasing the foot long. We decided to try one more option and I found these. By far these work better than anything else we tried. These are flexible, yet sturdy enough to help parents, players and other family members of all sizes carry and eat the foot long. They hold well and also the chili does not sock through. This definitely helps keep the mess down and the triangle cut out in the middle helps it fold on itself for a cleaner disposal.One of our tball players even figured out they could use the foot long tray for a regular hotdog and some chips. Bonus!This is our go to from here on out. Our search for the perfect foot long holder is now complete, who would have thought it would have been this hard. I truly recommend this for any concession stand or family cookout.
