I like using when I start to get a pimple. I use a pea size drop and wash the area. I do not recommend use on open or popped pimples. I would like the seller to seal the top of the bottle for an ease of mind knowing it is tamper proofed.

...the hospital sent this home with my husband when he had colon surgery and again when he had heart surgery. I have found that it is the best and not as drying as the gold liquid. We prefer this and I will order again if needed. It is not good to use too much antibacterial as you can create another problem, but when you need it, this is the best.

Yes this is very expensive for one small bottle; however, it is worth every penny. This is a product that surgeons use to scrub up with. If you occasionally have a rash or infection that is difficult to get ride of, this product is worth a try. The key is to use a small amount and scrub well and for several minutes. Do it carefully and it kills everything. Priceless.
