Great product & excellent customer service! I ordered 2 of these (4 total) screen protectors & unfortunately one had a very tiny chip on the edge, but the other 3 were perfect, easy to apply & have great protection! I contacted the company & they went above & beyond to send me new screens. They definitely stand behind their products! Highly recommended DefenSlim!

Very happy with the screen procetor and the fact that it's a much easier way to place it on the phone. Went on almost perfect the first time with no annoying air bubbles. Only one air bubble that was easy to deal with while placing it on. But no having to get the edges right it went on to a perfect fit...

This product is fantastic for several reasons: First, the item was delivered on time and packaged properly; secondly, the item was exactly as described; third, I was very pleasantly surprised to get two protective covers in one package. The protective screen is very easy to install and fits perfectly. I paid a ridiculous price for the Verizon employees to install I similar product 6 months ago. The price is well worth it and the customer service is superb. I will definitely purchase this product again.

Great quality the install kit was absolutely spot on. Worked Fantastic, no air bubbles, no finger prints. I've had other screen protectors on my iPhone 14 plus and 2 days later air bubbles appeared. I bought the product end of May but waited a while to install it because I hate doing this.No matter the brand, no matter how obsessive I am on the cleaning and cleanliness of the work area, there is always the issue of trapped dirt or air bubbles.This time wasn't so bad, I had managed to apply the protector with just one spot on the side that was bugging me a little.I estimate that was between 2-3 weeks ago, during which time I dropped my phone less often than usual (I'm AuDHD with dyspraxia). My phone is lucky that it's in a great rotective case because otherwise it would have been broken years ago.Today, I'm looking at my screen and notice two "hairs" (like short cat hairs) in the middle but I can't clean them. I softly go over them with my fingernail (I keep them as short as possible) and realize the darn screen protector is ALREADY cracked while the previous one had lasted for years before cracking.I had done a lot of research before buying this product and after I when ahead and bought it, I realized looking at my past orders that I had already bought that product in the past. I reassured me it must have been the same case that I was replacing on my phone after years of reliable protection, but it wasn't.This one has glass that goes over the camera hole and a cutoff around the microphone. The one I was replacing had a cutoff at both places.I found the original receipts for my phone and notice I had bought a protective screen the same day on a separate receipt. I suppose that was the screen protector that lasted so long. Not sure what happened to the 2 screen protectors of the brand I'm reviewing now, maybe I never installed them and still have them somewhere, maybe I had returned them to Amazon and failed to notice that looking at my past orders.Will try to buy the same brand that was on the receipt, as I feel I can't trust this one if it takes so little time to damage it (especially since I didn't drop my phone as much in the last 2-3 weeks).I'm not happy, I'll see if I can still return the product but since I waited so long I suppose I'm stuck with it...ETA: return window closed 5 days ago! :-(
