I bought this dispenser thinking that it would be great quality. Unfortunately it is rubbish. I can’t cut the tape, I have to hold it down to cut the tape. Completely unusable. The cheapest option in bigw works so much better.

This is a good, basic tape dispenser. The plastic part that holds the tape is hard to get into the tape roll, but with a little force I could manage it.

I love this.. only thing I would change if I could would be the depth of the front where you grab and pull the tape and then cut it. It's up high enough that your fingers get stuck on it sometimes. I'm a artist and I use it to make cones with celfane for detail work. After making tons of them... you tend to get annoyed when your finger gets stuck..

Imagine you're wrapping a gift. One hand on the paper, holding it in place. Your other hand goes to try to grab a piece of tape from the dispenser. However, this tape dispenser is just too lightweight, and simply moves with you. Bulky design, not-so-sharp blade, and a light weight -- I'd suggest to save your cash and either buy a cheaper brand, or spend more for a more hefty unit.

I love the convenience of having a tape dispenser on my desk because I don't have to go searching through my supplies and I'm not disposing of the plastic containers the small ones come in constantly. I just wish it was a little sharper because it can sometimes be difficult to tear a piece off! But if you hold down the dispenser, it works fine.
