Works great in the Maker. Used it to engrave acrylic, aluminum and stainless steel. Fits perfectly, just like a Cricut brand would, only less costly. Would buy this again.

The company made it right!! Apparently Amazon packaged it incorrectly & the wrong item was in the correct box!! Thank you so much for your prompt attention & care! It is greatly appreciated!!UPDATED!! 5 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️Didn’t work in my Maker- unable to detect & no button on top to quickswap the 2 scoring tips. The picture didn’t even match the product.Unfortunately, I’m past my 30 days to return since I went on vacation prior to opening and testing it.

The scoring wheel seems to work well my only gripe is that it is hard to quick swap the heads

Fast shipping but did not read in the cricut had to get the cricut brand in order to engrave.

When I received this tip, I thought I must be doing something wrong because try as I might, the tip wouldn't seat properly on the quick-swap housing. Once it was almost seated, it was on so tight that it was difficult to remove (jammed).I contacted the seller stating that I might have received a bad unit and sent videos of my attempt to install and remove it (also that without unlocking the tip, I could still pull it off of the housing). The seller basically stated that it was 100% compatible with genuine Cricut quick-swap housing and the issue was likely due to my having a non-OEM housing (true, it was a 3rd party housing).Since I couldn't convince the seller that it was defective and get him to offer a replacement, I returned this tip and ordered a genuine Cricut tip for only a few dollars more. The new OEM tip fit the housing perfectly.
