I have gone through 4 or 5 of these canopies and this one looks the nicest/high quality. Would def purchase again and highly recommend. Very easy to place on existing gazebo-no ripping or tearing as others have in the past when replacing.

I have 2 10x12 Gazebo's and ordered 2 at one time. One fit perfectly, the other was a tad bigger, so was not a prefect tight fit. Tried that one on both and same result. In the florida sun I have to replace every 2 years or so.

I live in Louisiana so.... Hurricane and humidity play a huge part in the longevity of fabric top gazebos!I bought my original Allen and Roth Gazebo from Lowe's about seven years ago. I think I've had to replace the cover two times. To be honest, that's not bad at all considering the rough weather we encounter. I replaced the cover after hurricane Laura ripped it to shreds! We recently had a rough storm that wrecked the replacement similarly. The other replacements I bought previously were at least $125-$150. When I saw this Ripstock option at 25% less, I decided to go for it. I went for a slightly lighter color for the lack of heat absorption, and I've always heard that Ripstock is a more durable fabric.I made sure to double check the model of my original gazebo.... Don't be mad if you buy something that isn't compatible with the original! With that being said, my husband and I installed this replacement within 20 minutes.... And most of that time is because he's 6 feet tall and I'm a foot shorter.... So I'm not necessarily the best of help, even with a three tier step stool. Two people installing makes it a quick job, and two tall people would likely make it an even faster process.I will update after the summer season, but so far, it fits extremely well and the beige color attracts less sunlight than the original dark brown cover. The material seems sturdy and the design is spot on in regards to fitting our gazebo!Overall, amazing value and quality. I will update next summer if that changes (hurricane season excluded)

This is the 3rd gazebo top replacement for my original frame that was purchased at Lowes several years ago (the frame has a little rust in places but is in good shape, overall). This is my first purchase from SCOCANOPY and the first top I bought with the "ripstop" fabric (I didn't notice before that this fabric was even an option). Heavy spring/summer storms with strong winds have decimated my gazebo tops in the past. Also, I have never removed the top during the winter (we usually get plenty of snow here in the midwest), and this probably had a negative effect on the top's durability. As many have noted, it was an absolute bear to get the last corner pocket in place. I watched a video on YouTube where it was recommended to release the tension on a few of the metal frame pieces holding up the top, with the idea this would make it easier to get the corner pockets into the metal frame, but my frame pieces wouldn't budge at all. So, I tugged and tugged at the last corner, even standing on a ladder and pulling with all my body weight, trying several times a day over several days (no kidding) - But it wasn't until after a heavy rain that the wet fabric finally had more "give" and I was able to get that last pocket in, albeit with some pinched fingers. By the way - I replaced this gazebo top all by myself (Early 50's, average sized female), using a ladder and a broom with rubber bristles to gently lift and move the fabric top over the metal frame as I moved along, so it is possible to replace without help. It's been about 1 month and, so far, the top is holding up beautifully and when it rains the water just rolls right off. I'm hoping the ripstop fabric can withstand the elements and that the top lasts for several years. The only change I plan to make is to remove the top in the winter.

We have purchased our canopy replacement once a year and Love that it fits great..our frame is very durable but canopy needs replacement due to weather changes and color fads, but it's worth the new look or color to choose from..it's worth the purchase

I’ve purchased replacement tops twice in the past. This one is the thickest and most sturdy of them all. Gave new life to our canopy and sparked the motivation to give our deck a facelift. We also noticed this one keeps the rain out the best. The fit was perfect and we’ve had no issues since putting it up (and we’ve had wind and heavy rain since). I definitely recommend this top, especially after going through two others that ripped before we even got them all the way up. It’s worth it to invest in this canopy top.

In the last ten years I have removed and replaced this canopy every winter/spring. This is the 4th replacement as well. So i know what Im saying when I say this doesn't fit. It is 3" too short on the last corner. I am a big strong guy and pull until it is going to rip and it is STILL 3" short of the corner. Not even close. Additionally, the top separate part does not have velcro on the bug netting bottom to connect it to the canopy like the other brands, it just flops in the breeze. Also not the ripstop material that is pictured in other reviews. Bad enough to have to replace but having to take it back down again is a pain in the butt and then put a new one back up! NOT WORTH THE $10 SAVINGS. Super disappointed for the inconvenience!!!! So, put it up, fight with it, get mad, take it town!!!, box it up, return it, but a real one, wait for it, put it back up. and... won't have it for the backyard event I bought it for this weekend. Good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good. I need to remember that.

The top didn’t fit well, but doesn’t look bad for the price
