Relieve the pressure in the fuel line before disconnecting it, and remember to pull on the line after the spring (locking mechanism) has been released. listen the slight “click” that means that it has done its job and you can easily pull off the filter.
Dual Sizes
This tool includes dual sizes – 5/16” and 3/8” – for GM, Ford, and Mazda vehicles.

Must have if your doing fuel lines! Great to to have. Seems like good quality and gets the fuel lines removed. Performed like it should!

Necessary tool to remove the fuel filter hose internal locking device. Much better than the small plastic ones sold. Price was reasonable.

I bought it to fix a line but couldn't get my hands behind where they needed to be. I had the part put on by someone else. I kept the tool because ya never know....It looks like it would work. Build quality is so so but it doesn't need to be a strong tool to function as it should. It should make removing lines easier and much quicker.
