It was broken and completely unusable. The bottom of the launch handle was completely snapped off and not even in the packaging. The rubber band that is the motor behind how this toy works was cut in half and the stretch was old, like it had been left in the sun too long. The handle wouldn't stay together even when I tried to add my own rubber band to fix it from home. I basically bought trash. I had to throw the whole thing away. This is the first and only time I've received something in such bad condition from Amazon.

My son received this helicopter as a birthday gift last June. It has been such a hit. He broke the handle apart fairly quickly, but it was easy to put back together and close with duct tape. Both my son (4 year old) and my daughter (2 years old) love to play with this and it was a hit with all the children at the park. We ended up buying another one for a friend's son's birthday gift.

I used to own a similar toy when I was a kid. I remember the fun I had launching it and then chasing it around. So I bought this for my son. We went to the lawn behind the house and I was ready for some fun...The launcher has claws that transfer the torque and the rotation to the propeller. They broke off on our third launch. This rendered the toy completely useless. The shaft of the launcher is made of fragile plastic as opposed to the metal shaft of my childhood toy. The launcher overall looks and feels cheap. I would have gladly paid a few dollars more for a launcher that would last. Unfortunately my son discarded the cheap cardboard package that the toy come in, otherwise I would have returned it to Amazon.I am giving it two stars and not just one because it did fly well while it lasted.

Broke on literally the 4th attempt. Not the plastic power gear... but the plastic blades. Cool concept, but cheap execution.

Flys and launches well, but is somehow uninteresting. "Why doesn't it have a stablizing rotor in the tail?", I ask myself. In the end, my other flying toys were more fun, so I gave this one away.

I bought this toy for my 3 year old nephew. He loved it!! The toy was flimsy but i glued the actual copter at the seams. It is still in one piece!! But the launcher did not last very long. Oh well for the price we got about 75 launches and we still have the copter which he loves. Overall I liked this toy as did my nephew!!!

These have been a hit with my grandsons. They will fly them by the hour! Even though they look flimsy, they really do hold up quite well. The design is good, the lift-off mechanism, great. So great, that I've had to help get them down from trees. And then there's the one that landed on the roof of the house ...I wish this manufacturer would make the same thing in a sturdier model. I'd pay a bit more for it, as these are good for hours of fun.
