I purchased one of these 3 1/2 yrs ago for my School boiler plant and it recently failed mechanically. I re-purchased second one In January which failed in 30 days. I have been pursuing warranty replacement or refund for a couple weeks. Schneider Electric claims not to have sold this product to Top Dimension Supply and therefore will not honor the 2 year warranty. Amazon made it clear that it was beyond the 30 day return and i have emailed everyday since to get Top Dimension to contact me for return. Nobody has been any help nor have i received any response at all, BBW.
