Mouthpieces are like shoes. They have to be tried and they may fit or they may not. This is a deep cup mouthpiece. It is similar to the Minicke and Ferguson mouthpieces. If you like them, you'll like this. It is deeper than the usual Bach or Conn mouthpieces.

This was my best mouthpiece purchase yet! Following the Schilke Mouthpiece measurement chart on their website, I found this mouthpiece to be a precise fit with my mouth. Schilke did a great job at balancing this mouthpiece. I originally bought a 51D, However the throat of that mouthpiece was too small for me and created a lot of backpressure for me. This Schilke 51 gave me a bigger rim to help balance that issue out, thus, it increased my Range and Endurance/Volume.
