I LOVE this candle! It is amazing! I was first worried about the scent of the coffee, I am kinda sensitive to smells and so if there is something off or a synthetic smell I will get a head ache. But I was very happy with the smell. It isn’t too loud and over bearing. I love the wooden wick. My very small complaint for this candle is that I wish it was bigger and burned longer than it does. I work from home so burning this candle was apart of my morning work routine but it burned too fast and was gone before I knew it.

I ordered this for a gift for my grandson who likes wearing different colognes. I've ordered candles with wood wicks before and love the sound as it burns. It sounds like a crackling fireplace, a very calming effect. The wick burns bright and all you have to do is snip the burned portion off for the next relaxing day or night. The glow in the amber glass is beautiful, too. The combination of amber and sandalwood has always been one of my favorite scents. Great value for a quality candle.

The candle has a very nice scent, not overbearing. I purchased the candle for my son and he is quite particular and said he really liked the scent in his home.

The aroma is nice but very faint. It’s hardly detectable, even when the candle is burning and my nose is a few inches away. I am cancelling my Amazon Subscribe & Save order.

Didn't really expect much. Most artificial scents smell, well, artificial! But this one does have that familiar, comforting (some genetic memory from our ancestors being protected and warmed by a wood fire?), natural scent. Not overpowering. I wish the candle were larger, especially at this price, but I won't ding them a star for that.

Well, the title says it all I suppose. I really like the campfire smell. I typically use wax melts that sort of get close to that smell but I usually only get a day or so before they fade away pretty quickly. I thought I'd try the bonfire candle because I like woodwicks anyway.l and it had better reviews than the Firewood version.Just picked the candle up at the local amazon locker, gave it a sniff and found the unlit smell to be VERY perfumy. I got home, lit it anyway, and after about 20 minutes it smells identical to the lavender candle my Ex used to keep in her bathroom.I even went outside for a bit just in case I was suffering from Olfactory fatigue from smelling the unlit candle. Nope, I honestly can't imagine how anyone could ever smell this candle and give it the name Bonfire, unless they mislabeled a lavender candle by accident. It's a shame because I like the understated look of the candle, and I really like wood wick candles, so if this had even been a halfway decent smell like Woodwicks Fireside I would have given it a decent review and ordered it regularly.

First off, and the only thing that knocked a star off an otherside perfect product, it doesn't really smell 100% like firewood.Its scent is still great, the scent is no where near overwhelming while still infusing a good aroma, the candle and its container are above great quality, it lasts a long time, it is wide enough and has just enough grip on the bottom to make sure its stable, and its wick and glass make it give off a great light.So long as you are not really expecting it to smell exactly like firewood and have the money, this is a very nice candle for any circumstance other than a birthday cake.With their price, I am waiting before I buy another candle from this manufacturer, but I am interested in seeing what all their scents smell like now.
