It's a nicely finished structure but is useless without the parts that are included with it when you buy it new. I bought an open box item and required parts were missing. It is the last time I buy an Amazon used open box item. The receivers at Amazon put a lot of trust in the honesty of the person returning things. They can't possibly know what is missing in the returns. The lower price is nice but the waste of my time returning and reordering a full price part is not worth the risk.

Makes adding radar to the boat much easier and better looking than direct on the hard top. The 5-degree angle is built into this item.

Wedge to get appropriate angle is limited to 4° and Very expensive. We made our own from a large block of white poly.
