Although a few others are having issues, I've had these for a week with no issues whatsoever. Both mittens stay exceedingly warm, and are of higher quality than heated mittens I have purchased from other companies. Of course, if you use the highest heat setting, the length of time before the battery expires will be compromised. But I can easily get 5-6 hours out of the high setting, up to a day on the medium setting, and probably 16 to 18 hours on the low setting. If these come on sale again, I will purchase another pair immediately! No complaints for me. And I'm one of those people that, if something bad's going to happen, is sometimes happens to me. But not with these.

One glove quit working after wearing one time. It will not turn on. The battery is good because it works on the other mitt.

Bought these to keep my hands warm on colder days when being outside. They are a good fit and to a great job keeping my hands warm. Like that they are rechargable.

They seem to work well but I am very disappointed that they didn't come with a strap to go around the wrist so you can take them off with confidence on the lift and they won't fall. If I knew that was not part of the glove, I would not have ordered them. Otherwise, heater works well.

I don't know what I'd do without these gloves. I have Raynaud's syndrome and my fingers and hands can go numb with little to no notice when they get cold. Having these mittens has been such a huge comfort and help to me the past two winters.Quality-wise, these gloves rank high for me. They're very comfortable, not heavy. They get hot too! I usually keep mine on Medium level, but when my hands are cold, I start on High and they reach temperature fairly quickly. I recommend purchasing a second set of batteries as a back-up, since these will only last around 2 hours on High heat and around 3.5 hours on Medium heat. The heat intensity lessens as the battery fades. You can buy spare batteries on Amazon or AliExpress. There's even an extra large battery available. I have those too, but they do add a pretty big bulge on the wrists. If you ski or find yourself outside for extended amounts of time, you should invest in those. If I could point out one flaw, it's that the heating elements are only on the outer parts of the hand, not the inner parts, so you don't get full heating coverage. However, most gloves in this price range only offer partial coverage as well, so thats not a star off.I love these and think that they are a good deal, especially when they go on sale (often). I've had mine for two years and used them very often, almost daily, in the winter. They still work great.

These mittens are extremely similar to the WASOTO Heated Mittens Gloves for Women Men 7.4V Battery 22.2Wh Electric Rechargeable etc, etc. pair, to the point where they're almost certainly the same company using some minor details to separate the two into different "brands."The Savior mittens have the softer interior, very fluffy and comfortable. I found the thumbs to have more room than the Wasoto ones. Both seem to provide the same amount of heat (which I found to be more than that produced by the Neveland Heated Mittens Gloves for Men Women, 4800mAh Rechargeable Electric blahblahblah ones (which I also tried while shopping for these). Two design features are why I ultimately chose the Wasoto pair to the Saviors: there's no battery-level indicator on these, and the storage pouch for the batteries are on the palm side of the wrists (i.e., the interior side) and are kept in place by difficult-to-unseal velcro–there's not much space to grab onto the flap to pull it open, making battery removal annoying. The Wasotos have their own flaws, but for the prices ($64 for the Ws, $90 for this pair; both on sale), the Saviors were the one to be shipped back.It should be noted that I was not shopping for gloves for outdoor use; I suffer from Raynaud's syndrome and need something to warm up my hands while indoors. So comfort was not a primary concern for me–the most cost-effective heat source was (although the lack of a battery indicator was a big disappointment on the Savior pair). For those of you looking for touch-screen capabilities, the thumbs on both the Savior and Wasoto do have a raised strip at the tip of the thumb that conducts the necessary current, but it's very sketchy. The Savior's placement and response was definitely better but still far inferior to the Neveland's capabilities, which featured accurate thumb and palm tip response with larger areas of "conduction."

I bought these Heated mittens to use when using my snow blower, my hands always got cold after a while these mittens did the trick there very warm, and the batteries last a long time they never ran out before I finished clearing my driveway. The mittens are well made of good Quilty materials and are very flexible, no complaints here I would by again.

These heated gloves work well to keep my hands warm. I used them outside at -30C and my hands were comfortable. They are warm at higher temperatures even without the heat turned on.I liked them enough that I bought a second pair for another family member.
