I purchased this product to use on 20mm casings. It did not work. The meat just compressed in the bottom of the devise. To be fair I think it would have worked with the largest nozzle and larger casings.

Didn't work at all! Had to add water to thin out the meat to even be able get it to come out. Have been making home made chorizo for over 30 years. This thing was so bad I just threw it all away to not even deal with washing it to try and return it. Don't waste your money.

So rare that a whimsical purchase is *better* than hoped, but due to space I really wanted a manual sausage making option until I have the room for more dedicated onesâŚWhich lead me to this fairly magnificent find! At first I was annoyed, it squished and oozed in a less than pleasant way as I stuffed the casings (first time, I am learning! Lol). But all was forgiven when I realized how easy it was to clean. What I thought was a faulty design which would lead to nasty bacterial growth was actually just from the natural forces at play from a completely washable little device that broke down and reassembled like a breeze! So easy! Great value, and a fantastic tool to learn with as a beginner.Highly recommend as itâs a great entry without the cost barrier if you have always wanted to try without wanting the huge expense.
