This product is not quality. I had a very similar one that i was replacing. This heater never worked and could not create any steam to fill the small personal suana that the last one was great for. Overall, do not buy this it just is t any good. There are similar ones that do work.

I recently purchased a full height, Steam sauna, and the steam unit started acting up after about a month Was great and sent me a replacement, but while I was waiting, I decided it might be nice to have a back up unit. This steamer worked perfectly from day one. I know some people complain about the thousand watt versus 1500 W. But that really isn’t that big a deal to me. Basically it takes 15 minutes to heat up and then once it starts steaming steam is steam. The other nice thing about the thousand watt unit is that it does not put nearly as much stress on the circuit in the room where I have my sauna which leaves me options to have other things plugged in like lights, music, etc. I highly recommend this unit. It has been perfect for me

Good steamer for good price. Steamer is easy to use and heats up quickly. The instructions are a little sparse but overall operation of unit is simple.

After watching a video online, I bought this. It is identical to the one that came with my portable steam sauna. The issue I had was the amount of steam from one steamer. I purchased a second one, cut a small hole in the opposite side of the portable sauna, and added a second unit. Having two units was a total game changer. My steam sauna is in the garage. I would sit in it for an hour with it maxed out and feel okay. With two units, maxed out, I am coming out in half an hour totally soaked and dripping wet. Totally changed the experience.Highly recommend these units.

Machine does not generate enough steam. This is a replacement but different brand. I assumed it would be the same as the original but I was wrong.
