I always burn Satya Sai Baba Nag Champa incense during my writing time - my "writual," as I call it - because the scent helps to clear my mind and increases my ability to focus. I was running low, so I ordered the pack of 2 250gms boxes, and while I have no problem with the quality of the incense, whoever sent it put it the two boxes in a plastic envelope, and one of them got damaged. When I opened the box, the wrapping for the incense was torn, several of the sticks fell into the box, and several others fell on the floor before I realized the wrapping was torn on the other side. If I were still an instructor, I would give them an A+ for the product, and an F for the shipping method. When I pay for something, I expect it to arrive undamaged.

I have been buying this brand of incense for over 30 years. I love the scent, however, I wish they made them longer. They burn relatively quickly but the smell does last. This is on my subscribe and save list, and I even had it shipped to me in Belize. It's an acquired scent so purchase a small one before you commit to this big boy.

This is the best incense. It burns slow and I love the way it smells. I light it and within minutes my stress levels start decreasing. This is a case where quality matters

I choose this one because the picture showed Bengalaru on the box, and I had read reviews on the single box I got before that said the Mumbai one was inferior.I've still got some sticks from the first huge box I bought, and they seem like they are a little more on the "spicy" side while the Mumbai ones are a little heavier on the "soap/flower" smell.But they are both good. I can't decide which one is the best.. they both are.Honestly .. the smell changes as they smolder, changing from sweet to flowery to spicy etc. The overall tone between the two is very close if not clone quality.The brothers must have came to some sort of agreement. I'm happy for them! I'm happy for us.These will not disappoint you.The smell of these takes me back to Humboldt head shops when I was a kid.And this is a heck of a deal. Jump on it while you can!

i dunno why i have to review something that's almost a staple in any humans existence . . quality, consistent and priced properly no matter where they're gotten from. . . the only other thing that would make me happier would be to know that some hindi kid isn't bent over a bench all day make'n them :)

I did ask my seller before buying this time if they were shipping out the real BNG version, because I got burned last time I bought incence from amazon. The other seller wouldn't make it right, and the marketplace rules did not protect me. I am trying to get resolution through my credit card. But, because the BNG version of this incense (as pictured on this listing) is divine, and I love it, (and I cannot get it locally) I tried again, and communicated with the seller I chose ahead of time to be sure I got the genuine Bangalore version, and not the cheap, stinky knockoff Mumbai version the other seller shipped out under a listing explicitly claiming to sell the BNG version.The Bangalore and Mumbai versions are very different, so be sure that if you get the BNG version, you will not be disappointed. The aroma is warm, floral, and slightly earthy, with none of the chemical pong of the cheap kind.It is worth it to be sure that you get exactly what is listed here, and not accept cheap substitutions that are nothing like the original. This version is also hand-rolled using only natural resins and ingredients, whereas the other is machine-rolled using a charcoal and other petrochemical and artificial ingredients that are more harmful to air quality when burned. It is a shame that the cheap Mumbai version is allowed to use almost identical packaging, because it opens up the window for cheaters to sell you something different that what you are looking for, and pay no price for their actions, so beware. But there are good vendors here who will provide what you seek, if you are careful and specific. :)
