They caused a slight skin irritation on me that's all. No permanent damage and I'm not allergic to latex. I'm fine with other dams.

The only dams that come in a sealed package as opposed to a baggie, and significantly (!) thinner and lighter tasting/smelling than their competitors from One and Harmony. (I have to buy stock for a safer sex supply program and did side-by-side comparisons of various brands.)The surface area of the unfolded dam is nice and large. The thinness of the dam means that you have to be delicate when you unfold it and apply it to the body. However, that also means that you can make the dam fit very closely into the curves and folds of your partner’s lubricated body parts. This is very important for better sensation.It’s important to go into using these with the understanding that it won’t be like using nothing at all. But once you accept that because your have a protection goal in mind (maybe you have a cold sore on your mouth, maybe you want to avoid transmitting STIs when eating out or digestive infections when rimming, maybe you just don’t want to taste the other person’s skin because of a sensory issue) it can be a very pleasant experience.
