I filled this with family photos and gave it to my one year old as a birthday present. He loves it! Great for practicing turning pages and he loves looking at and touching all the photos inside.

I had a photo book like this when I was a kid - waterproof and not breakable. I love it! It’s great for toddlers.

I've purchased MANY of these Sassy Look Photo Books. They're a hit with parents as well as with the intended recipients, their babies and toddlers.Pros:*Small, light gift. Good as a "filler" if you're shipping other things, or as stocking stuffers, or "just because" or if you want to ship something small in an envelope or those small Priority Mail Boxes.*It's floppy and soft. Good for small, uncoordinated hands.*It's plastic. Adults can wipe it clean with a baby wipe.*It's colorful and can hold a kid's attention for a while.*You can put PHOTOS in it! I like to give these with photos of relatives who live farther away and might not be able to visit as much, or photos of people with basic words like "Mom" or "Dad" written on them.*I like to keep one special one hidden and I use the power of its novelty when I need my son or nephew to be quiet for a few minutes, like if I'm paying for a purchase or signing paperwork at an office.Cons:*It's small, light, and might have photos in it, so don't put personal info in it because it's as easy to lose on a walk or at a restaurant as other baby toys.*It's not water-proof. I wouldn't use it in the bath.

Really liked this photo book, although I'm not sure exactly what size the photos are meant to be to fit in, as I had to trim my photos to fit. My baby loves flicking through to find his mama, daddy and brother.

We purchased this to include pictures of family members who live out of town. Our baby loves this book! We would recommend this, with one small caveat. There are 4 "tabs" with 8 total pages. Each page has a black and white pattern, covered by a clear pocket where you can place a 4x6 photo. Our baby loved looking at the black and white pages, which was great! When infants are very young, their eyesight is helped by looking at high contrast patterns, like those on the pages of this book! We have slowly been inserting family photos in the pages as we get good ones. He also loves to look at the pictures of different family members. I think this book is going to be a favorite for quite awhile because of that. The book is a sturdy, soft foam covered with a waterproof plastic. It seems fairly indestructible for the Under-2 set.The only drawback to this book is that I have been finding it difficult to slide the photos all the way into the pockets. I think this is because the clear plastic/vinyl is thick and stiff, and there is not enough "give" to the page to slide the photos in. They seem to get stuck about 3/4 of the way in. However, after working on it, I have been able to eventually get everything into place. It just takes some finessing. It may make it easier to insert the photos if they are trimmed to slightly smaller than 4x6.Besides that small hiccup, I highly recommend this book to parents of babies!

My son had this when he was a baby 10 years ago, and it was one of his favorite things. We put pictures of far off relatives in it so he would remember them since we saw them so infrequently. So when I got pregnant this time around, it was one of my first purchases. I love how they changed it since he had it as a baby. First of all, they made it completely non-toxic, as there was a recall of the one he had due to toxicity of the plastic. Of course babies put things in their mouths, so this was a problem. I also like the color coded tabs on the pages now, and that there are black and white designs on each page that show if you don't have a picture in one of the slots. A baby would likely love to just stare at the designs. There is also a photo slot on the front, a cute way to put a pic of your baby on there so they can know what they look like, too. A convenient carry handle rounds out this awesome product. Yep, I love this little book! Makes a great add-on shower gift, too.
