Product size description is way off! XLarge that is supposed to fit a 47" to 56" waist but would better fit someone with a 32" waist. Materials and construction of the belt looks pretty good but the product is worthless until the manufacturer learns to get the size correctly labelled.

The belt was tagged with a label that said it was large and would fit 38-4It was designed for someone less than 4 foot tall with a waist of 22 to 28 inches or maybe they were thinking centimeters :-)

Helps my husband greatly, his back feels better than ever after wearing this. He was wearing no support before so other than nothing I have no comparisons.
