Easy to assemble, useful height adjustment, heavy enough to be stable. I got these for my Samsung SWA-9200S rear speakers. The supplied keyhole bolts are too large for the Samsung speakers, but I got a couple of 20mm M4 bolts and four nuts and they're a good fit. I struggled with threading the speaker cable through until I remembered the story of The Beetle and the Silken Thread.

These speaker stands are perfect for my surround sound speakers that are positioned on both ends of my sofa. The angles on the stands allow me to tuck the bases under the sofa and bring the speakers in close so they are not in the way when walking around the sofa. The height of the speakers are right at ear level, making them the perfect position for theater surround sound and the pads on the bottom of the stands keep them from creating vibrations in the floor. I have two dogs and a cat, all of which play rough together all over the back and sides of the couch and these stands haven't once been impacted by my pets, as they are high-quality, very solid, and heavy at the base. My cords don't fit inside the stands but the velcro fasteners (included) work perfectly to run the cords down the outside of the stand, nice and secure, so you don't really notice them but more importantly the cat doesn't either. I was concerned, at first, that the cat would cause problems with the speaker wires but they're so secure he hasn't messed with them at all. If you are looking for surround sound speaker stands these are definitely a great choice for the money!

I bought these so as to properly position the surround speakers that come with my recently purchased (and truly excellent!) SAMSUNG HW-Q990D soundbar system. And for this they were a good choice. The Samsung speakers are technically very sophisticated, with a built in amp and blutooth system plus three speakers -- forward, upward and side directed. Their weight then is substantial for their physical size, but not truly heavy. They attached easily and reasonably securely to the SANUS stands. And as long as they are placed (as they are in my system) where they will not be 'bumped' they should be secure enough.Overall I am well pleased with them. Their bases balance needed weight and size. Their overall construction solid. And they look nice, too. Fine.Recommended.

I got this for my Samsung Q65C surround sound. None of the screws fit this particular speaker and they do not provide you the nuts either. I had to go to go buy a longer screws and nuts in order to mount it properly. They do provide a sticky foam pads in case none of the screws fit. However, I had difficulty removing the film off the sticky pad. So I think most of the adhesive got stuck to the film strip and I also tore one of the foam pads because of how thin it is. They do not provide you extra. It also does a horrible job because the speaker fell right off. So this is why I just went to the store to buy my own screws and nuts. I do want to say that the stands are sturdy and they look nice. Because the screws are little and will in back, you donât really see them. The seller contacted me and resolved the issue.

Purchased these speaker stands to pair with an older Sony DVD Home entertainment 5.1 audio receiver. The stands are great and offer adjustable height. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking to enhance their surround sound experience "raising" speakers to maximize audio. My speakers are not very heavy so these are great. I have other speakers from BOSE that are heavier and have some sort of propitiatory mounting brackets that don't work well with these (i tried). With the weight of the BOSE suround speakers I'd opt for stands that are sturdier. These, however are perfect for my SONY system and I'm more than happy with them. They are not an eye sore nor do they look awkward with my setup and the contoured base isn't very large which made placing them in tight spaces (small area between end tables and a couch) simple and easy. They also offer cable management features that "hide" the speaker cable down the shaft and out the bottom of the base. I simply pushed the wires near the baseboards and organized my "man cave" in a way where the cables are not very noticeable. I've thought a lot about these wired suround setups since my purchase and have had ideas that I'm sure some professional installers may have available like some custom baseboards that may provide a way to "hide" speaker cables within them and still be able to remove / upgrade easily by an audiophile whom wishes to keep options open for future upgrades. Taking in consideration there are a lot of different sizes of speaker cables, it may take some inginuity to create something like this but would not be impossible and would certainly be an appealing addition to any man cave or woman cave for that matter. I know there are wireless speakers available but I have not really looked into them as those may still need a separate power cable attached to them or some type of rechargable battery. With what little I know, I'm happy with my system and it's performance. I'm especially pleased to mention that while I watch Star Trek episodes, I can hear the warp engines low pitched "hum" through my audio system and I'm more than pleased with them. Not only that, the movie Twister sounds great on a 5.1 surround sound system. With the 9.2 system out and available, I'm sure it would sound a lot better but I'm happy with what I have for now. I'm not really wanting to pay an arm and a leg for an elegant system at this point in my life anyway as I don't make a ton of money. These stands are perfect for anyone who has decent surround system where the mini surround speakers are not very heavy. Perfect for me.
