I use a LOT of heat shrink ring terminals in my small manufacturing business. And I mean a lot. I've been using the same brand forever, because well, 'if it 'ain't broke...' But recently I ran out of my ring terminals during a particularly busy production run. There was a supply chain issue, and I couldn't get the ones I had been using. I found these on Amazon, and since I could get them quickly I thought I'd give them a shot. I'm so glad I did! They are wonderful terminals, primarily because of the larger ring than my previous terminals used. The larger size provides more contact area for conductivity as well as more 'wiggle room' in assembly. The heat shrink works well, although it appears slightly thinner than the brand I used before. But that is outweighed by the much more useful larger ring size. I now use these exclusively in my shop and couldn't be happier.

I have been rewiring a large boat and these haveinvaluable. The tubing shrinks nice and tight onthe proper sized wire.

These connectors make a solid crimp to my 14 gauge wire.There is one problem and that is the shrink wrap on the ring side goes a little too close to the ring hole and prevents my washers from fully seating. After heating to shrink the rest of the wrap, the heat shrink and s soft and can be easily pushed back with a knife or scraper. Once you push it back it works perfectly.

Environmentally sealed terminals are becoming more and more mainstream. As they move up in popularity, they will inch closer to becoming expected by customers in any application outside the home. With this, we need suppliers that can provide us with reasonably priced parts our customers come to expect. Used in aircraft since their inception, environmentally sealed terminals protect the conductors they are crimped to from corrosion, by sealing both the crimp point, and the jacket of the conductor. This heat-shrinkable jacket, lined with sealant, is two more functions than standard insulators provide. This translates into a more expensive insulator, which is normally passed on the the customer..These terminals are one THIRD the price of plasti-grip, non-sealed tyco terminals. I don't know how they do it. They crimp well. They shrink well. The sealant flows well. Aerospace is my career, and these terminals install with quality comparable to what we use..The insulators on these terminals are tough. I mean, I made some questionable crimps due to no other options, and not once did the insulation split open. I even experimented out of curiosity. You can crimp them before you shrink them, you can crimp them after you shrink them, you can even crimp them hot, then shrink them again. I'm seriously impressed with this material, it is idiot proof. The only way you can muck one of these up, is to burn them with ridiculously high heat, which is the only thing I didn't try to do, since burning things is almost always the guaranteed path to ruining things..I could say more good things, but it's not needed. If you are thinking you need them, buy these.
