Ich habe den Artikel zweimal bestellen müssen, weil der erste von Anfang an defekt war. Ist natürlich nicht so lustig, wenn man sich die Arbeit des Installierens doppelt machen darf.Das zweite Gerät funktionierte...dahingehend, dass es abartig nach Ozon stank während die Waschmaschine Wasser zog. Auch die Wäsche roch stark nach Ozon - was wenigstens ein Beweis war, dass das Gerät Ozon abgab.Allerdings wurde kein einziges Kleidungsstück dadurch sauber. Wir sind Schreibtischtäter, die schlimmsten Flecken sind mal ein Fett - oder Blutfleck oder mal ein wenig Erde von der Gartenarbeit. Nichts davon war nach dem Waschen verschwunden und nachdem der Ozongeruch mal verflogen war, müffelte die Wäsche wieder deutlich nach getragener Wäsche. Auch Küchen- und putztücher rochen noch nach Fett und Dreck.Nach einigen Wäschen wurde der Ozongeruch während Nutzung und auch in der Wäsche deutlich schwächer, was vermutlich auf eine geringere Abgabe schließen lässt.Da ich ganz unbedingt dran glauben wollte, dass das Gerät mir die lästige Hausarbeit erleichtert, habe ich natürlich nicht aufgegeben und jedes Waschprogramm meiner Maschine mit dem Gerät getestet.In der Anleitung steht, dass man ein Programm mit möglichst hohem Wasserverbrauch wählen soll.Das habe ich getan, wobei ich nun nicht sicher bin, ob sich da wirklich eine Ersparnis zum normalen Waschen ergibt, wenn man den Stromverbrauch des Gerätes als auch den stark erhöhten Wasserverbrauch betrachtet.Da in der Anleitung meines Gerätes (noch) steht, dass man gar kein Waschmittel benötigt, habe ich das am Anfang natürlich komplett weggelassen.Dann habe ich 25 % der normalen Dosis Waschmittel hinzugefügt, dann 50%, 75% und schlussendlich wieder die volle Menge, weil die Wäsche auch mit dem wasserintensiven Programm nicht sauber wurde.Dazu kommt, dass am Anfang ohne und auch mit wenig Waschmittel meine Waschmaschine bei Nichtgebrauch abartig gestunken hat - das hatte ich vor diesem Gerät nie.Es wuchern ohne Waschmittel oder mit zuwenig Waschmittel also lustig die Bakterien, was ja eigentlich unter Verwendung des Ozongeräts nicht oder zumindest nur sehr eingeschränkt sein sollte.Jetzt, nach ca. 4 Monaten, piept das Gerät zwar munter, wenn die Waschmaschine Wasser zieht, es lässt sich aber weder bei Verwendung noch an der Wäsche der keinste Hauch von Ozongeruch wahrnehmen. Da lt. Anleitung der Ozongeruch anzeigen soll, dass das Gerät funktioniert bedeutet ausbleibender Geruch dann wohl, dass es defekt ist.Zum Ende hin habe ich also mehr Stromverbrauch, normalen Waschmittelverbrauch und nehme nun dazu auch noch Natron und einen Hygienespüler, um den dank des Geräts erst entstandenen Muffgeruch loszuwerden, ich habe also höhere Kosten und eine höhere Umweltbelastung durch dieses Gerät.Ich kann mir die extrem guten "Vine" Rezensionen beim besten Willen nicht erklären, wegen denen ich mich überhaupt auf dieses Experiment eingelassen habe. Mein defektes Gerät geht in der kommenden Woche retoure danke der freundlichen Hilfe des Amazon - Kundenservices.

The Saanticlean default is 100% for ozone and at that level it did bleach out some clothes. Contacted the company and they sent a new part that I installed. The new program defaults to the last setting. Not sure why it was not installed before. Seem to work great.

Started using this to wash my dog who has skin issues. Really helps and he smells so much better. Do not have to worry about soap in eyes/ears or not having rinsed it all off. Miracle not too strong a word for using this for this purpose. Thinking about installing one on the shower by the pool. Ozone has so many uses and can save big $$$ in the long run. Also have a different model in my laundry. Once you use this you will never go back to detergent/bleach/softener etc. Even cleans your washer of scum buildup and mold and mildew or what ever makes your washer smell ! Don't know why the manufacturers do not build this ozone technology into the washer.....If they did they would have a winner.

This is a very modern looking addition to my laundry room and is very easy to install, although I still messed it up by putting the hoses in the wrong location. When it didnt work properly I sent an email and was on a Facetime call with the head of the company in China within 30 minutes. Absolutely incredible service and he followed up with several emails to ensure it was working properly and that I knew how to get all the benefits from it. Once you hook this up, there is no on switch or buttons that you need to press to start using it. The water running through it causes it to turn on and it generates ozonated water into your washing machine. No further need to separate whites and colours or even to use detergents. There is also a hose with spray nozzle you can use to access ozonated water for other uses such as cleaning fruits and vegetables. There is a smell like a rainy day when you use it but it does not stay on the clothes and is not unsafe during use. The only things I would keep in mind are that the water flow is somewhat reduced and so the wash cycles do take longer; you shouldnt put any brand new clothing in this water until these items have been washed normally and the colours are set; it is recommended to use the 2nd rinse feature on your washer, so it does use some extra water. My experience has been great and I would recommend!

Es mi primera experiencia con una máquina generadora de agua con ozono, o sea, una ozonizadora de agua. Tiene una toma de entrada (indicada claramente con una flecha) a la que se suele conectar la manguera de la lavadora que va a la toma de agua. Por supuesto, las roscas son las mismas y no hay más que desenroscar de nuestra toma y enroscar en la entrada de ozonizador.El dispositivo trae todos los accesorios necesarios, así que lo normal es no tener que ir a comprar nada para su conexión. Se conecta a 220v y pesa muy poco (menos de 2 kilos). Arranca automáticamente cuando hay demanda de agua; si no, se para. Por unos 400€, es una compra magnífica.Tiene dos salidas, una es la que irá a la lavadora (3/4") con una manguera que ya vienen con el equipo. La otra toma (1/2") es para roscar una manguera de ducha o un grifo para disponer de agua con ozono, que nos sirve para limpiar fruta (desinfectarla), lavar vajilla, manos, limpieza de la cocina, etc. Según el modelo de ozonizadora, esta manguera y la ducha ya vienen incluidas (unos 20€ más), aunque no merece mucho la pena porque se puede comprar a parte algo equivalente por menos dinero.También lleva una guía metálica y dos etiquetas de PVC para pegarlas en la pared o en el interior del mueble de cocina y colgar allí el dispositivo. Es decir, lo lleva TODO para no tener que ir a comprar nada, ni siquiera utilizar la taladradora para hacer un agujero.Los RESULTADOS: sorprendentes. Realmente puedes prescindir de jabón y suavizante en la lavadora. La ropa sale muy bien solo con el agua ozonizada. Puede que se quiera echar algo de suavizante, pero no es necesario. El ozono limpia, desinfecta, desengrasa, suaviza... Es ECOLÓGICO, pues a los 30 minutos desaparece por sí mismo y no dejamos ningún residuo a través de la lavadora (productos químicos del lavado). Y ECONÓMICO, pues nos ahorraremos en jabones y suavizantes en un año el coste de la máquina, además de ganar espacio en la cocina al no tener grandes recipientes de plástico de jabón y de suavizante. Y lavaremos con agua fría siempre (el ozono con agua caliente desparece muy rápido), con el consecuente ahorro de electricidad.RECOMENDACIONES- Lavar siempre con agua fría.- El agua ozonizada suaviza la piel (manos, cara...).- Lavar el cabello tiene resultados óptimos: más fino, desinfectado, sin jabón...- Las plantas regadas con agua ozonizada crecen más y mejor, pues es bactericida (pulgones, bacterias, etc.).- En principio, no es apta para beber, al menos durante 30 minutos, hasta que el ozono desaparezca. No pasa nada si bebe unos sorbos, pero no hay estudios sobre efectos en el cuerpo humano si se ingiere. Puede ser nocivo o que no pase nada. Mejor no probarlo hasta que se publique algún aval científico.

I have been "Treating" Air and Water with UV and Ozone for Many Years however, I've Never Used Ozone Water "Injection". And although I've Considered it Often, there are Certain "Idiosyncrasies" to Overcome and subsequently, I've Never Tackled it.Then I happen to come across this Device. 35 Watt UV and Heavy Ozone Generation for Use in a "Pressurized" System. I had "High Hopes" - and I wasn't Disappointed. For me... It was/is a Phenomenal Addition to my Home Water Treatment System.Plus, it Works using a "Water Flow Detector", so you can Leave it Plugged In and it will only work when Water is Passing through it - and then goes back to Sleep when the Water Stops flowing.For the Consumer's "General Wants/Needs/Usage", it is Extremely Simple to Install and Use. Basically... Plug-n-Play.One Last "Critical" Note... Although the Machine itself is Incredible, their Customer Service is the Best I've Encountered in Many (Many) Years - Bar None - Foreign or Domestic. In Closing... It Doesn't Matter "what" Device - in what Area/Arena/etc you Use. It is Foolish to Think "This Device" will the the "Do All/Be All" for any Given Scenario. Is this Device "Perfect"? No, of course not. Neither am I. Could the Device use some Minor Tweaks? Of course, but "I" could use some Major Ones. Bottom Line... If you're into the Climate Issues, into a Clean Body and Environment, like to Reduce your Usage of Soaps and Such - This Product is for you. There are Other Reasons to Appreciate it, but are more Technical and would take a While to go through. However, If you/re Expecting this Device (or any other) to Perform Unrealistic Miracles...

I chose this device because of its second outlet. Customer service and support has been phenomenal, as I try to learn all I can about this technology and its safe usage. The sprayer they recommend is the best option for controlling the water that comes out of the second outlet (the first outlet being the one that goes into the washing machine). That's because the ozonator has no valve to stop water from flowing through it when the main water supply is on. You can hook up a valve under the second outlet, and use any sprayer, which is what I did, but their recommendation is much simpler and cheaper in the end.Since my ozonator is placed above the laundry sink, next to the washing machine,in the basement, where I have no windows to open, I've decided to give the ozonated air 30 minutes to disperse after the load is done before going back downstairs to put the clothes in the dryer. That's just me being super-careful.I plan to use the ozonated water a lot. I think it's a brilliant addition to my Type-A, germaphobic , environmentally-responsible lifestyle: no more soap in my dogs eyes, no more soaking fresh food in baking soda and vinegar, no more oil pulling to clean my teeth/gums, no more bleach stains on my clothes, no more additives to my hot tub and fountains, easier cleaning maintenance of the bird bath and fountains, and more. It works, if you have a very dirty job as I do, it also works with just a little extra step of pre treatment. I work on pumps and gearboxes for a living, so I'm usually covered with never seize and open gear lube and that real thick 680 gear oil. This ozone generator does the job and has actually started saving me money at this point. I used to spend about 60 dollars on detergents every other weekend. Plus the extra discharge port is great for random house chores where it's a good idea to use ozone water to disinfect like giving the dogs a bath. Had a minor issue with a switch that I believe was created during shipping. Will be contacting the factory and I will update asap.Update***General manager of the factory contacted me, very nice gentleman, we were able to come to an agreement and he gave me some helpful tips in order to maximize the effectiveness of the ozone generator. Had to make this update after that. It's not everyday the head dude personally contacts you to make sure both sides walk away smiling. I will add this also. I have 2 Cane Corso's that are brother/sister and right at 11 months old. They are a handful and have no problems leaving a path of destruction in their wake. Needless to say beds and blankets don't take long to get dirty and smelly. The santicleana was very good at cleaning up and freshening up these items. I would say for pet owners this is a must have to keep your house smelling right.
