I am not sure why this item is allegedly for tampons because it clearly can be used for any kind of household or bathroom waste. It can fit handily on the wall and looks fairly solidly made, although I may have to rework the wall attachment method - maybe use wall anchors or toggle bolts. My wife spends most of her life confined to the bedroom and the bathroom and this is an ideal solution to dealing with the various bits of waste that she generates.

This is a nice quality little hanging trash can. It looks nice, works as stated, and hangs properly and stays in place. Not much else to say about a trash can, but it works and I can highly recommend it.

As a person living in a house full of women I very much had a need for this product. We had a small trash can in the bathroom for used female hygiene products but our two dogs started taking great delight removing said hygiene products from the trash can and then proceeding to chew them up and leave bits all over the house.This product solves that problem because I am able to mount it on the wall where they can reach plus it has some added bonuses that really add to it which I want to talk about.First off you get two mounting options, one that keeps the unti flush to the wall and another that allows you to hang it away from a wall.Both provide the ability to screw it in but you can also use the double sided tape on the back. Be warned that double sided tape is the strongest I have ever used. Once you press it up your wall it's not going to come off without you ripping the paint clean off and perhaps even ripping the drywall as well so be super careful when placing that mount if you use the tape.Next up we have that actual design, you can open the lid from either side, now one side with that tab is the preferred way but what I like about that articulating hinge is you can open this fully and easily remove a bag of you use one. For us a regular grocery store bag was a perfect fit so that is what we will be using.Finally this thing makes a great seal. Now our prior can had an automatic lid which cut down on any smells but this trash can has a proper seal. You can't smell anything when this is closed which I really appreciate because I'm terrible with those sorts of smells so that is a major plus.So in summary your getting a well built metal trash can with easy mounting and a great seal.

There is a lot to like about the design of this receptacle. The appearance is clean, with a nice stainless appearance that's easy to clean. The lid is ingenious. Opens normally to drop in trash and flips forward to the front to easy pull out the removable basket. The basket itself has a slick texture making it easy to clean.BUT, I do have one hang-up, no pun intended.There are two brackets included which is cool, but both are plastic. The thickness/durability of the plastic is a concern. Whether you mount it on the wall in a bathroom or hang it on a cabinet in the kitchen; I cannot see the mount surviving but just a couple of bumps before cracking causing the receptacle to fall. That could be a mess depending on what sanitary items are in there.See the red lines in the pic. Only about half of those plastic tabs lock into the holes on the back. I know this receptable is designed for light trash, but we are human and will bump into items that extend out from cabinets and walls (especially kids).We elected to use it as a countertop can since rectangular base sits up well without any wobble. If a metal bracket, even a thin one, was used then this would have been 5 stars.

I have a sniffspot location and needed a decent container for used poop bags. This works great! I zip-tied the hanging plate to my fence, lined a bag into the container, and it is perfect. We'll see how it holds up to weather, but as it is stainless steel, hoping it will!

I use it in the kitchen for compost trash. The bin is roomy and sterile looking. I like that there's 2 ways to open it for ease of changing the inner bin lining. My only gripe is that the hanging mechanism and the bin fits loosely together, but not an issue if you're not moving it around much.

This is a brilliantly designed waste bin. It looks super sleek, has a removable center around which you can wrap a plastic bag, and the lid can either flip open or slide open (in opposite directions).This is well-designed for use mounted or sitting on a floor (or the top of a toilet tank). There are two different styles of mounts provided. The unit also has rubberized feet, so it stays in place if not mounted.I enthusiastically recommend this product and will probably purchase a second for my other bathroom.

We use a bidet and I’ve been on the hunt for a discreet covered container to keep used cloths inside of and this is absolutely perfect. I was able to put a liner inside and it still closes fully without issue. This does have a removable plastic liner inside but I wanted to have a plastic garbage bag type liner as well to help keep this a bit more sanitary. It sits beside the commode and I might mount it to the wall but for now it’s been fine just on the floor. It holds a decent amount without being a huge eyesore.Zero complaints honestly. This is just what I was looking for and I’m super happy with it.
