The items states it is prefilled but both arrived completely empty. I'm now having to return them empty ones and request new ones and HOPE they're actually prefilled accordingly. For the price this seems unacceptable and considering I'm opening my business in less than a week a find it frustrating that this happened at all. IF the new ones arrived filled then I will adjust my review.UPDATE AS OF 4/24/24The company reached out directly asking about what happened. They were as surprised as we were the product came empty and offered right away to send us replacement product for the contents. Items shipped within 24 hours and after about an hour and 3 different phone calls I was able to get refunded for the double charge. Company had great and fast customer service and I appreciated them doing the work of reaching out to me.
