Very light and flimsy, and the sound quality was awful. There was a horrible buzzing on the receiver which made it impossible to have a conversation. Returning, which is a shame because I liked the colour.

No battery required if connected to a true landline service provider. This is what I wanted. Arrived on time. I ordered landline installation and connected it my landline today. I do not have to carry it around in my pocket, purse nor hip. I connected to my old answering machine and it works both ways! If the cell towers go down again, (and they will) because the systems are vulnerable. Whether that happens again or not I still have a working landline phone.

Love the light and the ringer volume is good. She still had a little hearing difficulty but at least she sees the phone call coming in now.

Unfortunately, Shoddy manufacturing. Exterior casing began falling apart ss soon as I opened the box. Try a different manufacturer for the same features.

Photo and description showed wall cord and coiled phone cord came with. They did not. Now we have to go find cords or return. For the price we paid it definitely should have had all cords! Not pleasedAnd we cannot tell if it works with no cords..BEWAREHowever phone arrived in a reasonable amount of time..If cords are available, I feel they should be shipped free of charge..

Arrived in time and package was intact. The equipment inside of the base of the phone was not secured and was sliding freely and bumping inside the case. When plugged in it had a dial tone and was able to place a call. However, when trying to receive a call the phone rang once and went dead. Have had to use an old phone until now. It is just a useless piece of cheap plastic.After this review was written the seller quickly contacted me regarding the problem. A replacement phone was offered, which I accepted, and the item arrived within a few days. The new phone was connected and after a few days' trial has proven to work well. I liked that two slider buttons set the ringer volume and speech volume, allowing me to set it to my preferences. Set up was easy and I am now happy with the purchase and the rapid response of the seller's customer service. Based on this, I am changing my rating to five stars.
