You get a lot of stones...but...they are very soft and are more of a final finish type stone. They are not good for heavy grinding because the stones are not rough enough.

I'm kind of meh on these bits. I use quite a lot of Dremel bits and tools in a small manufacturing business and thought at the rate I burn through them that this would be a good option. They do work okay, albeit not as coarse as I'd like. But the bigger problem is the way they're attached to the mandrel post isn't what I'm used to with the name-brand bits. Consequently, they don't seem to be as balanced and running at the same speed as I do with the name-brand bits, these cause my Dremel to vibrate quite severely. If I dial the rpms down a ways it does stabilize, but they're clearly not as well balanced. There are glue globs under where the post attaches and I suspect that might be part of the balance issue. I'll still use these since I have them and there are so many in the kit... and I won't cringe as much when I toss one out for a new one as I currently do with the name-brand ones that cost several times more than these.

These sanding bits for my Dremel work great. they fit our existing Dremel without any modifications. They just like name branded bits you buy in the store.

Zorunna’s sanding bits number 60 and fit in a small box (see photo). They are intended for a small rotary drill such as a Dremel. To my eyes, they seem to be industrial quality. These bits are suitable to shape plastics (see photo for test shaping on a plastic pen). I can see them working on ceramics and soft metals such as Aluminum. Hard metals such as steel I think are out of reach for these bits.Other reviewers have noted imperfections in the bits. I’ve included some close up photos to highlight whatever imperfections I could find. In use, the bit’s imperfection can be avoided. Not too many bits had imperfections and I was able to find a surface to work with. Also, other reviewers have complained about unbalanced bits causing vibration. I randomly chucked up ten bits and tested each for vibration. I found none.My take: These bits will work in your rotary device on softer materials. My bag of bits had low defects. Another bag may have more. But no matter what the variation, the buyer will always receive $12 worth of useable bits. The buyer is getting a bargain. Top rating.

The bits are well made...my only complaint is that some of them do not run true (the stone is mounted off-center or at an angle). This is common on inexpensive bits, and generally corrects itself after a few minutes of grinding. These bits are made with a very fine grit aluminum oxide, and therefore are best suited for very light cuts in metal. For heavier cuts, I prefer silicon carbide bits in a coarser grit.

This is a lot of sanding bits for the money. I noticed some reviewers said theirs had a slight wobble, but the ones I tried seem well-balanced. Of course I didn't try all 60 bits, but what I did try worked perfectly. These are a small grit lot, so they are more for smoothing than changed the shape of an item, although they'll do that, too, because of the high speed of rotary tools. They work well for cleaning the rust off of hand tools, and the cone shaped bits get into corners nicely. If I had any complaint at all it's that they all come packaged in one zip bag. It would have been nice to have each of the three types segregated in their own bags. All-in-all though, this is a good collection of bits to have on hand and come at a decent price. These will probably last me a few years.

The stones have three shapes, with I think the most useful being the cone tip for reaching tight areas. These load into a Dremel tool for very small work, and I would use them for rust removal and very light metal shaping. All stones like this are designed to wear away quickly to reveal sharp grit as you work, but I found these to wear a little better than similar cheap ones that come in pink or white fine grit. As a testament to this, I expected to see chipped bits when I opened the package, since they just come in a loose bag. But I was impressed that none were broken and there was no pile of sand in the bottom of the bag. So they are indeed tough.I wish the grit size was listed just so folks would know what they are getting, but I found the result from light pressure to be OK, not too coarse. Another detail is the construction, which you can see in my picture--this is a value oriented product. Overall, the performance seems comparable to what you can commonly find at the hardware store, and the large pack is a decent buy.
