Each year my wife's photography business does Santa Sessions. We serve free hot chocolate for everyone. (Around 200 kids PLUS their parents over the course of 5 nights.)I really needed a more efficient way to work with the 8oz cups and also minimize contact. This dispenser works great!I found that our particular cups have to be loaded one at a time to keep them from sticking, probably due to the corrugated insulation on them. It probably wouldn't be an issue with normal cups.The physical installation was simple but it did require a little thinking before I started.All in all, I'm very pleased with how this unit looks and functions.
