Exactly what I needed to ease my neck pain and help me with alignment to prevent my neck pain issues. Great price, extra comfortable, and the fit is great and perfect for my shorter neck. To the people saying that it scratches their skin, I found that you can just open it and curve it the other direction so the scratchy velcro is on the outside and won't touch your neck at all, and it works perfectly!

I bought this soft cervical collar aka neck brace in 2021. Due to a medical condition I get whiplash and concussion easily as a passenger in a car and wondered if a soft neck brace might might help. I bought this product and a different one at the same time, with very low expectations. The other one had a different style, long velcro strap I didn't like and wasn't as comfortable to wear, but this one is reasonably comfortable and provides excellent support. I've worn it every time I'm a passenger in a car for four years without getting another concussion, and now it's wearing out. I'm pleased to find I can get a replacement.

I bought the 2" tall one, but I may think about buying a 3" one next time. At first I thought this one was smooth and wouldn't chafe my neck or chin, but after 10 minutes or so, it did. Each time I'd adjust it, it made my neck a little more raw. So I bought this awesome soft, silky sleeve on Amazon, and together they work great! No more chafing! Love the velcro on this one, very easy to put on and adjust. Took a couple of days for it to be more flexible and fit my neck better. I still have a bit of a problem around my trachea, but I think the shape is beginning to mold there a little too. Of course I can just loosen the brace, too. The dip down on the padding where the chin is is great!

So comfortable, soft, I hurt my neck, decided on this one from amazon.. I'm so glad it was just right..my neck is a bit taller than average and thin. I'm sure width would fit thicker necks, too.

This is soft and it's nice. But it does not have a hook and loop closure. It's not as described.It will work fine though, i think they slipped in a simpler version when they shipped it.

I have never written a review starting with do not buy. I had to make an exception for this product. The sharp velcro is on the adjustable part of the brace, therefore it is truly not adjustable without causing skin damage. This should not even be offered for sale for safety reasons. The shape is fabulous but unless you have an extremely small neck whereby you would not be affected by the defective design and the sharp velcro would not ever touch your skin, buy another product. This is just dangerous for everyone
