Easy to Use
- Step1: Adjust the chamfering，Rotate the Hex Wrench to adjust the length you need, according to the length of the screw.

My husband is using these bits in his shop, where he is always tinkering on something. He also used them to repair our wooden fence. He said they are sharp, have a nice weight, and all the right pieces for his needs. They held up well with the fence repair and got the job done. He is happy with them and said if anyone has any woodworking needs, these are the bits to get.

SALI Brad Point Drill Bits Set, 20 Pcs 1/8" dia Carbon Steel.Smaller bits 1/8" and down more are susceptible to bending/breaking than larger diameters and brad point bits in smaller diameters I constantly use for pre drilling in hardwood so they do dull.I always purchase them for my work in multipacks for the obvious reasonsThey run true in the drill press (no wobble)Heck of a value here.Defiantly recommend👌

I like the case these bits came in, it's the plastic square slide together variety. I save and reuse these all the time for router bits, drill bits, etc. that don't come in a case. Brad point drill bits are ideal for woodworking because you can easily center the bit, and it doesn't walk. Don't use these on metal or in an impact driver. These are for softer materials like wood and plastic. Really, I don't require the hex shank, but it does eliminate the bit slipping in the chuck. I see more and more like this, and the weak point is always where the bit joins the shank and how they chose to do it. I haven't run into a problem with that here, but again, these are for wood materials so you're generally not stressing them too much. The price per bit is good, and I've been satisfied with everything I've ever had from this brand.

The case appears to be of the style that the top slides, with some effort, off the bottom. Top and bottom are both capable of holding all the bits. It may turn out to be one of those "duh!" moments where I see something I simply overlooked but I tried everything to separate the two sections. Fit properly they, the case sections, should slide back together and be tight enough with the notches to hang up. I tried pliers. I slid a screwdriver under all four sides of the top section all the way to the top, and couldn't get it. I finally, needing to use one, cut a small hole in it to grab a bit. Talk about a "duh!" moment, I cut it in the bottom. Had I cut it in the top I could still hang it. There's always tape or a shelf.The bits are nice and sharp. Some recent bits, multiple brands, sellers, and types, I got were overly aggressive, pulling into the material more than drilling and removing it. These do a great job while still leaving the speed of depth to the driller.I used one last night hanging several hangers in my shop. The wood it was built with is extremely hard sawmill lumber. Inserting nails or screws is impossible, at least for me, without drilling first. I've been holding the hanger, marking the hole, and drilling. The bits I've been using don't have the brad point and often slide just enough before staring the hole to leave it improperly aligned. Manageable but not if you fully install the first screw.These bits, with the brad point, made my task of drilling holes for my hangers a much easier and faster job.Great product. Great value.

I ordered these in the 1/4” size. They are very sharp to the touch and drill a fairly clean hole in soft wood. See photo. They would, no doubt, drill an even cleaner hole in hardwood. The 4-1/2” length is very good. The hex shank is nice for easy insertion in hex drive tools. The hex shank chucked up fine in my drill press, but the brad point tip did not center. I tried several of the bits with the same result, but they drilled just fine anyway. Really, if you are doing very precise drilling with a drill press, you will probably be using a Forstner bit. Brad point bits and bits with hex shanks are really meant for hand drills. These bits are best used for general drilling tasks with hand tools.For general drilling tasks with hand tools, Sali make an excellent brad point bit

These are a good size of setting #8 and larger screws. So far none of them have broken. I tend to lose drill bits a lot and this is a convenient size, so having the multi-pack in nice.

This is a set of 5/32” diameter drill bits (20 pieces). They are appropriate for soft materials (wood, plastic, foam) and will fit a variable chuck or a snap in connector. The bits are sharp and cut cleanly with minimal burr creation. A good value for the price.
