Love using this so far. The workout is kind of what you put into it you get out of it. The build is solid and should last for a long time without fail. I think this would be a nice gift or a nice way to keep a little toned as this is a light exercise. The value is good as it does provide some good resistance however i don't think the one i got is actually up to 90 lbs. Functionally it is easy to use however i do recommend checking their website to see what exercises can be done with it.

I got this so that me and my wife could have a handy way to work out a little without pulling out the big weights. This seems to work pretty well, though the exercises you can do are a bit limited. It is durable, and doesn't take up a lot of space, however, so it will get the job done.

Item is a good piece of exercise equipment. However it would’ve been nice to have some kind of exercise chart with it.
