I am a retired car/truck dealer. Polished the Lexus today and it took about 50% of the time when using my Dewalt DA polisher. The results were excellent. The polished is lightweight and very easy to hold/use. I used a combination polish-wax ( AIO). First, after thoroughly washing the Lexus, I used a clay bar to remove a small amount of fine road grim not removed by washing. Then I used an orange pad to apply the AIO product. Keep in mind this is a light duty polished for use on newer vehicles with paint in good condition. It is not suitable for paint correction (heavy oxidation). HINTS: use a good quality car wash liquid, Throw the orange pad away after one use - left over soap does not mix with the polish/wax and there can be very fine grains of sand/dirt left in the pad. Used a couple of micro fiber towels to remove the polish/was - do not wash the micro fiber towels with rags as they will pick up pieces of crud left in rags/car wash towels. Use detail liquid with the clay bar (faster than using water as lubricant). Throw away the clay bar if you drop it on the ground. The polisher comes with two batteries and it only took one battery to do the Lexus

Easy to use. Rechargeable batteries you get 2 with the kit. Plenty of buffer discs. The buffer is light weight and dependable. Read the instructions so you know what disc to use for the job you want to do.

Has good power to wax and buff with no cord. Has plenty of charge to do my truck twice on one charge.

Removed most of the oxidation on my 2003 truck. I was impressed as I was not expecting it to do that well after some of the reviewers stated that the cordless polisher needed more battery voltage and at least one more battery. My model was a special model that came with two batteries so that did help.Pros: Removed most oxidation. I must do this in stages as I live in a very hot state. I must work in the mornings to fight the sun.No cord which is very nice and adds to the polishers ease of use.Very quite.Very light weight which is good for me as I am in my 70's.Cons: May not work for a vehicle with deep oxidation as you can not use much pressure or the polisher will stop spinning.More useful for waxing than buffing. Some will need a third battery.Battery is only 12 volts. Now who thought of that? The Battery should be no less than twenty volts. Conclusion: Almost made this three stars but it did serve my purpose so for that reason I am doing the right thing and giving it four stars. This is not for you if you are a show car person or want a perfect finish. Stop right here and do not buy this if you want perfect and instead get a heavy duty polisher that you can put your back into.Recommendations: Moderately recommended for someone like me who does only light polishing and waxing. Not recommended for professional show people and in my opinion I think most of you people know better anyway.

I have not had a chance to put it to work seems to be of good quality. Came with a wide variety of accessories. The storage bag is a nice touch with room for polish ect. The instructions are none existent 9 pages of silly warnings and how to turn it on on the last 2 pages. It would have been helpful to at least describe how to use and a description of the different pads that they sent.

I bought this to use on my motorcycles and while it works great as a polisher - I’ve also used it as a sander - having it wireless and comes with 2 batteries makes it great for projects large or small

I purchased this as an alternative to a corded orbital sander knowing that I was going to use it out of its typical scope. In 2 hours time I sanded to bare metal with 80 grit sanding disc a 1980 Camaro. I charged both batteries and full the night before and started the next day. What I can tell you is that in what was basically two hours of constant use on the highest setting it did not overheat, and as a matter of fact did not even feel hot. I sanded the entire roof and rear quarter panels down to bare metal. Now gran it this is not what it was designed for and I told myself if it burned up that would be my fault. It did great and where I did most of this work I did not have access to electricity which was the point. I can't complain a bit.
