Ok, i'm not even close to being an expert so take this for what it's worth. I liked this tool and was able to get the hang of it fairly quickly. My wife hates it. I did NOT use the corner feature as I don't use mesh tape in a corner. I ALWAYS use sturdy paper edged corner bead in corners. However, I think I will try the corner feature just to see how it would work - I'm suddenly curious... Overall, this was worth the price just for the convenience of straight taping. Much easier than rolling out and pressing/cutting by hand. Don't listen to my wife =D

It’s nice for the corners, but it folds over the extra strength tape which is a drag.

This tool save ALOT of time on the job taping for drywall. Only reason for 4 stars is that the two buttons that hold the corner extension from moving tend to get stuck and it's a hassle to fix. The springs seem to be the issue. Might look for another brand next time especially a metal one with more durability.

This is great for us that don't do allot of drywall. The pros have a rhythm to taping...... I needed some help and this tool made it much easier to use mesh tape...... It will even do corners EASILY.

Great tool. Worth the money, mesh tape is fast but this makes it faster.

This taping unit simplifies the application of drywall tape by assisting in application of tape on inside crevices. The crease wheel folds into place and puts the tape right where it is needed to simplify and quicken tape application. The built in cutter does a good job of getting tape cut to the required length as well.
