Showed up fairly well packaged and included instructions/information and an extra sticker for the top of the post if needed. These certainly won’t stop a vehicle going high speed but if they’re bolted down correctly I do feel that they would stop a vehicle at low speed from damaging property and are great for just marking corners or building or other large objects. I placed mine on my loading dock at my personal shop at home as when I’m clearing snow at night it is easy to not see the edge and back off it or turn the corner too tight. Having these helps keep the ledge readily identifiable. I’ve also had snowmobiles run through my yard that don’t know about the drop off from the loading dock and they end up jumping their machine off from the wall. Having these increases the safety of those that can’t stay on the marked trails as well as I’m now able to easily attach high visibility chain or the seatbelt-like retractable barriers across to make it clear not to pass through there while keeping it easily accessible when I need to use it versus adding snow fence. Overall a great value and I’ll likely be ordering more in the future for my home workshop! I’ll update later with pictures and if anyone hits then I’ll update how well they hold up to any potential abuse

Bollards are sturdy and well made. Paint is nice and they come with concrete-type anchors.

These bollards are thick and perfect height to stop traffic from walking paths. The caps have a tiny tack weld that can be cut to put concrete inside. They are intended for existing slab installations as the bottom is closed with a 1/2 bolt hole in the center and bolt holes on the mounting flange. It could be used for new installations if you cut a larger hole in the bottom with a plasma torch. That way the concrete and rebar goes through the post for a new pour. These are high quality and very thick . If installed correctly these will easily stop a commerical vehicle at moderate speed. These would be great for storefronts, protecting gas pumps, or propane tanks. The paint is high quality, appears powder-coated, and will last many years. I'm satisfied with the price and ability to get these in the mail. They are well-packed with foam and bubble wrap.

These bollards are very impressive and even heavier duty than I anticipated. They’re very weighty, meaning they will not only last a long time, but hold up to some serious abuse from the elements and other factors. I have had issues over the past few months with trucks parking on my property while working on adjoining property, which has destroyed a section of hedges as well as the grass and totally ripped up the ground. These will be installed in that area with chain strung between them and have no doubt that these will end the parking issue.

I ordered these for residential use so I was unconcerned about any codes, so cannot speak to compliance. However, they certainly work for my purpose and are cheaper than other options of comparable quality. While it's not an easy install, at least if you are a complete newbie to DIY, it is worth it because you end up with a very strong barrier of steel that isn't going anywhere. It's keeping people from driving off the steep side of my driveway, but I can see many other uses in residential areas to keep people from driving on the grass or accessing parts of your yard that they are not supposed to be in.

This review is for Safety Bollard 2 Pack, 36 Inch Height Steel Bollard, 4.5 Inch Diameter Parking Yellow Steel. This is an excellent value for something that is going to give me TENS of thousands of dollars' worth of peace of mind! These are solid, substantial bollards steel on a steel base, with a plastic outer covering that is attractive and bright. It's perfect in our garage to protect the more exposed parts of the HVAC system.There is no assembly needed. There are no install instructions but the seller included phone number and email address contact info. We didn't use it since we've attached things to concrete before. It helps to use the right bit for your anchors/bolts, and two people.The box included two 15" safety stripe reflective decals. The decals should be easy to place if we decide to use them. However, we got these in winter so it will be several month before the weather is warm enough to attach them. These are not the usual 3M decals, it looks like a Chinese logo, but it probably needs to be 65 degrees or higher for 24 hours or more after attaching, to be sure the adhesive can work properly.

These bollards are Ok. They do the job and where not too hard to install, but by default the are hallow with no way to add concrete, so I had to drill out the bottoms to fill with concrete to make them more substantial for vehicles. It is not clear the exact steel thickness so I am not using this where subject to codes.
