Horrible! The worst to clean body fluids! It does not absorbs nothing, it actually makes it worse! This is not the same as the ones you see in pediatric offices.

I remember seeing this in schools to clean up vomit, it was a powder. Someone just took those empty containers and filled them with oil-dry.
