Customer service is wonderful! I bought this as a gift for my mom and unfortunately there was a small defect with one of the parts. When I reached out to customer service though they were very courteous, understanding, and quick to resolve the issue. They replaced it asap and my mom has been very happy with the new product since! I'm so glad that I purchased from this company that stands by their products and quality

My MIL stole this during our white elephant exchange and just loves it for their new camping trailer. Small enough to use indoors or travel with. The grandkids think itโs amazing. So much easier to clean up than an actual fire pit.

We live in a condo, in the middle of the city, but I love sitting around a campfire with friends. Even in winter, when Montreal is covered in snow, we bbq and spend time outside. This table top fireplace adds a touch of โcountry livingโ to our urban space by allowing us to safely have the coziness of a fire without the hazards and pollution of a fireplace.I love the warm glow and welcoming atmosphere a fireplace creates. I grew up with them in our house, but donโt have one in my condo. This is the best compromise for a city dweller. I can have my cake and eat it!

I was a little nervous to try this product because of some reviews. I followed the instructions and had an extinguisher close by. When I lit the wick it caught fire quickly. I would recommend using a barbecue style lighter. The flame height was not too high and it cooked our cheese perfectly and was a wonderful addition to our charcuterie board. I would highly recommend. I can't wait to try it with my grandchildren and s'mores!

This tabletop fire pit is nicely designed & has been quite handy the last few nights on our patio as it continues to get chilly outside. It's a nice size & the flames don't get too high which makes me believe that it'll be perfect for creating a warm ambiance on those cold winter nights that are quickly approaching. It also came with 4 wooden handle forks for roasting marshmallows & more. Perfect for warming up movie nights! It holds the heat well. My table hasn't been left hot underneath it. "STEP 3" of The Instructions Manual states "Fill the cup with fuel source up to the MAX line. Use any isopropyl or ethyl alcohol. Bio-ethanol is the most recomended" ...BUT be advised that there is no "MAX Line" indicated anywhere, inside or outside of the chamber. It claims 80% gets you 80mins but while using outdoors, it gave us closer to 50mins. We've went through x3 450ml bottles of 70% ethyl alcohol in order to enjoy a couple hours of consistent flames.I recommend stocking up on your fuel choice if you're hoping to enjoy it for an entire evening.70% ethyl alcohol haf provided a smoke free fire so we'll continue using that but because it's getting quite pricey, I'm starting to think this this is best to use indoors during cold winter nights. So far, we've only used it outdoors. It does have the ability to heat an aprox 4ft area but on windy nights, I'd say it's closer to a 2ft area. It's a great little fire pit. I'll be saving it to use indoors on cold winter nights from now on.

We love making and eating s'mores. The quality of this indoor "fire pit" was a really pleasant surprise! It's sturdy, has some weight to it, and seems to be pretty well made. It was quick and easy to assemble, and easy to pack away for storage; in spite of it's nice size, it doesn't take up much room on a shelf, especially if you place it on end in its box. I don't plan on using it outdoors because we already have a big outdoor firepit, but it would be great on a tabletop outside, too.One of the coolest things about this to me was that the flame was bigger than I had expected, and was a pretty yellow almost immediately! It's also long enough for 4-5 people to use the little roasting sticks at the same time. I really liked how they all have a different color on the end so you can keep track of which one is yours. My marshmallow toasted in a similar amount of time to over an outdoor fire, and even caught fire a couple of times, just like outdoors! Because of the size of the flames, I wouldn't let kids climb on the counter next to it, but with the great non-skid pads on the bottom and weight that it has, bumping it should not pose any problems. It also burns regular rubbing alcohol just fine - the bottle in the pictures is a really BIG bottle, so makes the burner look smaller than it is. It is supposed to have a "max fill" stamped on it somewhere, but I couldn't find it. I just put in enough alcohol to saturate the big wick with some extra below it for my test run. I learned that it's easier and safer to first pour the alcohol into something with a pour spout before pouring it into the narrow opening of the burner. if you spill it along the top or sides and don't see it when you light the big wick, you could have fire traveling where it's spilled. I saw it first and wiped mine off, and there was no problem. I did the reverse when I was finished - you're not supposed to leave the alcohol in the burner. I poured it back into the measuring cup, then removed the big wick, rolled it up, and squeezed the excess alcohol out. Then I left the burner out until it and the wick were both completely dry. I didn't use it for a long time, but it never got very warm on the outside, although the instructions say it can. When I was finished using it, I noticed just a little darkening of the edges around the opening. I was curious so used a rag and some non-scratch cleanser and it came off with minimal effort. In summary, I LOVE this little indoor "fire pit," and can't wait to bring it out when we have a group of people over. I think everyone will really enjoy it. Plus, it will really add some fun ambiance to my food display.
