I was surprised just how LOUD and SHRILL these are! I genuinely think they would work as intended based on my quick test. The pin removed easily and was replaced easily. And so cute and subtle for this type of product!

These are cute and my daughter likes them - but honestly they are not as loud as I expected (or hoped) they would be. I guess they would get attention but even when she was in the other room and pulled the tab, I could hear it but it was not like "woah someones in trouble" but more like "huh, wonder what that noise is"

What a cute little alarm. The alarm is nice and loud. What I really like is that unlike most alarms this is not not a pin that’s attached to the top (which makes me worry I might set it off accidentally) but his legs pull off so I’m not afraid it will go off accidentally. It’s nicely made. It’s a nice small size and really cute. The added light on it is so handy. I’d highly recommend it!

Very loud alarm. Doesn't look like an alarm. Once base is removed, assailant cannot knock alarm from me. Alarm continues until base is put back.

Good size. Easy to sound. Extremely high pitched/loud.Pin pulls a little too easily, so I a tiny dot of hot glue to make it more secure. It hangs on my purse zipper, so I also glued the strap opening closed to avoid catching it onto things.. Appears to have been made that way.

The designs on the alarms are cute.Just the right size - not so small that you can't find it when you (hopefully don't) need it, and not so large that it's cumbersome or looks odd.The light they produce is very bright, and the alarm is very loud and just at the right frequency to be very annoying.Some reviewers said that the alarms produce a very quiet sound after a while.This could be low battery maybe, so test it before taking it out with you.

Se los compré a mi hija para que los cuelgue es sus mochilas y bolsas, se ven adorables y no parecen alarmas, se ve como cualquier llavero o accesorio para mochila. Excelente compra!

We had a tenant who was threatening us so I ordered theses for myself and some fellow tenants for safety but to leave it inconspicuous as to what it was. I pulled out the the tab and omg is it ever LOUD. Thankfully that tenant has moved out but leaving it on my keys in the event they decide to come back. You can’t be too safe. It’s also got a little light on it and it’s super cute as a kitty.

These purse charm alarms are both cute and functional, and I’ve been glad to have them. I bought them after an unsettling experience at my work place, and tested them immediately upon receiving them. When you pull the pin out of the charm, these are LOUD, which is exactly what I was wanting. They would definitely get anyone nearby’s attention. The nice part is they’re adorable as well, so it’s not immediately obvious what it is, which I think helps reduce the likelihood of them getting taken or stolen. Hopefully we never need to actually use these, but I’m glad I have one on my purse just in case.

Got these cause some guy was following the women at my job to their cars and bus stops all day and night and the police said they couldn't do anything about it because he technically wasn't breaking any laws (being a weirdo creep man should be illegal but maybe im too ahead of my time) and I'm always exhausted on my walk to the bus stop after work so I fear I wouldn't be able to fight back if anything happened (and my job has no cameras outside! super cool!). They're super cute and don't outwardly look like any kind of security device, and they don't require training like nearly all other self defense devices nor do you risk blinding yourself with pepper spray. Great price for 3 of these, so I gave the other two to my friends and the colors kind of match us as a group so I was geeked. Batteries ARE included already, just make sure you remove the clear strip hanging out of the device before using otherwise it won't work.Also, test it! Not just to make sure it works and to get used to the process of removing the pin and replacing it, but also to know what it sounds like. Because I did not test mine first, and I was in for a moment of extreme panic when I set the grocery bags filling my arms down on the floor at home just to suddenly hear a loud shrill noise and be unable to figure out what it was. I thought someone broke into my home and installed a security device specifically to trick me or something. It was the alarm, so it works great and definitely makes people panic! But it also played for like two whole minutes while I ran around scared out of my mind that maybe I broke into a house that looked identical to mine and had all my furniture and unlocked with my key but wasn't mine at all. Great product, keep yourselves safe!
