This ceramic piece is very pretty. It is bright white and shiny too. Its heavy and stable. The top is flat and it can be used as a side table. I have it on the bathroom next to the sink. It looks like a quality piece. It was packaged well for shipping.

This ceramic garden seat is bright and happy on our small deck. It complements the colorful pillows and bistro set also purchased from Amazon as well as the planted pots. When the weather turns cold and leaves fall, the seat will be brought inside to use in the guest bedroom. It is sturdy enough for an adult to sit on.

I think the photo is WAY OFF...they name the color cream so technically its "accurate" but they clearly show a bright white stool, so since "cream" is a pretty subjective color one might expect a more white stool- its definitely cream. As the other reviewer stated. They should probably update the photo. Otherwise its a nice stool...
