SABRENT is a reliable manufacturer that produces quality components for years now and has established a good name for themselves.This card reader appears to be very durable due to its sold core construction. It offers both USB Type A and USBC and with the USB 3.0 interface you don't need to worry about this reader being fast enough as its overkill. As a reference the fastest SD card I know of is SD Express that caps around 985 MB/s where usb 3.0 supports almost up to 5x that (5 gigabits per second (Gbps))Hope this helps someone out :)

First, it works as it should, and the 2-for-1 promotion certainly made the price affordable. What I appreciate most is that one SD and MicroSD reader can now work with my older (USB-A) and newer (USB-C) laptops and computers. This gives some peace of mind when packing light for travel. You will be able to access your GoPro, cell phone, digital camera or 3D printer data easily from either interface.

does what it advertises. Transfers files from sd card to your usb c or usb A port.this helps in situation like a drone that has stored video and photos on sd card but you need them on your laptop or android phone...or iphone apparently. basically anything that can transfer files from an sd card adapter.it's fast. estimated above 100 MB/s rate.

Very compact dual card reader, meaning it can read 2 cards at the same time for data transfer, which is very useful. Having both USB A and USB C interface makes it universal for PC, Mac, and Mobile devices. Only negative is plastic end caps, as they are not permanently attached and so can be lost easily, but not sure how much protection they provide anyways.

Te deja usar una microsd y una sd simultaneamente (te aparecen 2 dispositivos en la PC si usas ambas ranuras). Las velocidades de momento me parecen aceptables pero depende también de la memoria que le metas.

Much easier to get pictures off the card and onto the computer compared to connecting the camera and needing it to stay on the whole time during the transfer.
